Terrible customer service! They overpromise delivery times. Once you try to contact them, there is no chance to reach them. I tried to connect with 2 agents, i waited 20 min in the chat and the chat got dropped.

DO NOT BUY WASHING MACHINES ON THE ALZA!!! They do not take responsibility if any repairs are needed within the warranty period, they send you to contact the supplier but they do not respond either, they say they will arrive and they do not arrive, I suppose to kill time for the warranty to expire.

Very disapointed, buy goods, receive it broken, ( help with return fast) but pick up and refund amount not really, i try to call to speak with a superviser, not possible, but the customer service cant help, so at least if you cant why you dont conect with somebody who can . I want to buy another product from them ( even i dont understand why) and nobody can help, i dont know whats wrong, i think they dont want clients

It was never as bad as it is recently. The orders are delayed every single day, saying it will arrive tomorrow. Longest I waited was a week before contacting customer service and even then they could not say what is happening with the order. Refund was given eventually and now once again- order delayed. I already lost count home many delayed orders I had. Stopping to use it. Rubbish

They gave me a broken laptop and refuse to refund me, they keep trying to fix it and they always do it under 30 days so that the refund doesnt go through. I got scammed on a 2,000 euro laptop and no body is willing to help me

I regularly buy thing on this website, household stuff and electronics, perfect service, delivery to AlzaBox is excellent and when I had to resturn something I received the refund straight away

Quick and easy. They have their Alzaboxes almost everywhere so it is easy to pick up your order nearby your home.

Simple the worse Customer Service in the world, and the company doesn't support the refunds on the products. I bought an original cover for my iphone from Apple got destroyed within a month and after 2 weeks of review they said they have 30 day to review! They are so funny because the guy had the product in front of him and he basically neglected to do something that can be done within 5 mins...and the company leaves you without a cover for your iphone!!

I have ordered Bang and Olsen edge speaker 1499eur. I have paid next day I received notification they will return me 36 eur for textile cover because has been damaged! Actually cover from bang and Olsen cost 200 eur (very tricky). Anyway I have paid then they trying to send me speaker without textile cover. Could you imagine!!
Same think like you have ordered new car but will come without wheels:-)

Be careful what you ordering. If you do don’t pay up front. With this company will be better on collection when you actually see staff

I'm always trying to buy electronics and other stuff from Alza even if it's little more expensive sometimes. Two times I got warranty case with 2 cellphones, in both cases the solutions was absolutely satisficing for me. Customer service is really nice, no any problems with refund or replacing items.
