failed to deliver the car twice and then requested the return half day earlier. So you pay 5 days and get 4.5, apparently all returns are by 12 of the last day. So we paid for a day that we could not use the car!

They don't return deposits
I rented a car from Alzameer in Dubai. I gave them 1000 AED as a deposit. They told me they would return my deposit after 30 days. I am chasing them, sending them WhatsApp message & calling them almost every day to return my deposit for the last 2 months with no luck. Finally, they don't answer me any more & I will never see my deposit again.

Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid Al Zameer Rent a Car
I wish I could give negative ratings.
This is by far the worst car rental experience I've had. The company is completely unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. Accountant is is threating and scaring customer, when we ask for our deposit, It has been over 200 days and I still haven’t received my AED 2,000 deposit refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, they do not respond or provide any update.
Their pricing is highly misleading. They promote cheap rates to attract customers but then add several hidden charges. For example, I was charged AED 30 to drop off the car, but AED 290+ to pick it up from the exact same location. The extra kilometer charges are also excessively high.
This company is taking advantage of customers and operating with zero accountability. I strongly advise against renting a car from Al Zameer.

"Alzameer rent a car" - Alquoz Dubai UAE.
I rented a car only for 2 days then returned it on Mar 26th. They told me I should get my 1000 aed deposit after 30 days. After the 30 days passed, everyday I contac them & they tell me thank you for your patience. And they stopped to answer me anymore. In Facebook, I realized there're hundreds with same situation. I guess I will have to file a police report with Dubai Police.
In summary, they will never return your deposit. Check the customers (victims) reviews in Facebook too.
