Amadeux have been fair, and have approved a $8.978,80 payout. I received the funds the same day and a personal note from their support team which was nice. I was perhaps a bit too harsh with a 2 star review. Don't get me wrong, there's still issues, but I'm glad to be a part of the journey and I can see them going far.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to lower my score - please be careful with Amadeux. Changes seemed to have happened in the last few months, and it's sad to see as I was heavily recommending this company. I'll leave my initial review under the edit.

I requested a payout of $4500 but got declined due to the 30% rule that support told me didn't exist on funded accounts (I have proof). This then caused my account to be closed, $4500 profit and 28 days to be lost, but they HAVE issued another account. They said they acknowledge misinformation was shared from support.

I was under the impression that the system wouldn't have let me start to withdraw if the criteria wasn't met, even mentioning on their website that it should show a "Oops, no funded accounts available for withdrawal" message. This is a complete design flaw and I've now been heavily penalised for simply clicking the withdraw button that was presented to me and a small expectation in the system, and now I have to start again. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Definitely one of the best up and coming prop firms, and I can see they're going to take the industry by storm. What sets them apart is that they use ICMarkets as their broker, which is trusted, and they get to personally know you. They have done a video interview with me, offered me tips, and I gave them valuable feedback. The rules are lax, support has always been friendly and answered everything clearly. The scaling plan is also quite fun. Honestly, I can't fault them so far.

Payout was prompt.

I successfully passed both the Challenge and Verification stages with Amadeux and was about to receive a funded account. Everything looked smooth—until they suddenly accused me of using an “ex-dividend arbitrage strategy,” which made no sense since I only traded the USTEC (NASDAQ index CFD)—not any dividend-paying stocks.

After I pointed this out, they changed their accusation and claimed I used a “scalping” strategy. However, my shortest trade was 57 minutes, and many trades were held for hours or even days. That’s clearly not scalping.

They refused to show any trade-level evidence or specify which trades violated which rules. Instead, they offered to restart the challenge from scratch—but at this point, I’ve lost trust. It feels like they can accuse you of anything to avoid moving forward once you pass.

I’ve been in the trading industry for over 15 years, helping other traders succeed and pass prop firm challenges. I tested Amadeux to see if it could be a firm I’d recommend to my students—but sadly, it appears that it is not.

With no transparency, shifting accusations, and vague rules, I cannot recommend Amadeux to any serious trader.

I had further communications with Amadeux, and they were very professional in solving the problem. I appreciate their transparency, and I can definitely rate them 5 stars now.

So far i would say 10/10, based on the Customer support service, its oustanding, Lara the Customer Service Employee, went above and beyond with help! As i know from personal experience running business, Customer service is 1# For amazing product! So if the customer service is so great, what else you can expect then being amazing company in my oppinion!

The help-desk gives you great answers to your questions.

The truth is that Amdeux's finding company is an excellent option since it has connections with the best brokers worldwide.

His "customer reviews" on the main page, are fake, and created for them.
Also the customers pics are downloaded from Google.

Great experience, we loved the design and whole user experience.
Team is also very responsive it there is any qustions or issues we had in the process of using their application.

The prices are really good and the customer support is friendly and fast. Just got my second account after completing the first step, so far everything is as marketed.
