I have contacted the customer service as I am anable to place the order through their website, the error keeps occuring, but have got no answer. I then wrote on their Instagram page, and was ingored there too. They keep posting on their instagram but they don’t have time to answer to their customer. Reading the other reviews are all reporting the same treatment. At this point I'm glad I didn't order from this company, will shop somewhere else.

Couldnt return two unworn hairbands. Dont shop here shop at trotters.

Such perfect Brand for a matching family celebration so easy to coordinate different generation ... I loved their pattern.

I really liked the design and feel of these masks. However, I ordered 4 and 2 came without the Amaia label sewn on them. I then ordered 2 more as I liked the material they were in and the elastic broke on the first one within an hour of its first wear.... I emailed them weeks ago about it with pictures and still haven't had any response. Very disappointed, especially considering they are quite pricey.
I did expect more of this company considering that they are getting great coverage from the royal family and feel it's the only reason why they sell out of certain styles etc....

Received my masks without the filters after 3 emails I finally received them, however the filters do not fit easily won’t be purchasing any more.

Terrible terrible terrible.... They didn’t answer to inquires about their fault so I needed to search their instagram, reply to their post and DM them. Also, they sent wrong item and just said sorry. They still didn’t answer to some questions. They ignore their customer.
I have bought about £700 so far on amaiakids.com and I will never buy anymore. The most thing makes me upset is that they upload new posts and storys on their instagram so much often but they don’t have time to answer to their customer.

This is an amazing brand, they really care about their clients, and will go the extra mile to sort out any problem they might face. Dresses are lovely, with best quality fabric and nicely priced, and the masks are easy to use, very elegant. I wish you had more shop like these around.

My order for a face mask was confirmed on 6th August. Delivery expected by FedEx 2-3 days. Initial email said they were overloaded with orders due to Duchess of Cambridge wearing mask and there would be a delay in order. This was fine and I expected order to arrive in timeframe indicated. Face mask did not arrive. Received emails stating it had been dispatched (28/8/20, 12/9/20), still not arrived. Contacted customer service several times to say that order had not been received. Last email was told that person would personally dispatch another face mask. Still not received. Sent email 28/9/20 and this was not acknowledged. I have yet to receive my face mask.

I wish I’d seen the reviews before I ordered. I was told twice the masks had left for shipment but they were never received by FedEx. When I contacted Amaia by email I was told they would be shipped the next day, but the tracking info has not changed since then. I am going to ask for a refund. This company cannot honour its promises and cannot give an honest, straight answer to questions. Covid or not, customer service is extremely poor.

Poor Customer service. Feel completely ripped off.these masks are expensive. But, Chosen as I wanted something a bit special. Item received but not as pictured on website. All labels removed, which is part of the appeal. No different to a 4.99 mask off eBay.
Company do not respond to emails. I’ll be contacting trading standards. What a shame!

Do not buy from this company I placed an order for face masks 4 weeks ago still no delivery. Upon numerous emails to them they stated rudely that the masks would be delivered within 3 weeks....it's now 4 and today I've cancelled my order requesting a full refund. Don't waste your time ....
