Very Disappointing Experience – Misleading Product and Delayed Delivery
I placed my order on 26 June and the website stated an estimated delivery time of 4–10 business days. However, I only received the item today, far beyond the promised timeframe.
During the waiting period, I contacted customer service several times, but the responses were always generic and repetitive, without providing any real information about my order status.
The biggest disappointment came when I finally received the product. The sandals look completely different from the photos shown on the website. The advertised product appears to have a darker, higher-quality, cork-style sole and overall premium finish. What I received looks much cheaper, with a different sole, different colour tones, and significantly lower quality than expected.
I feel that the product listing is misleading, as the item delivered does not match the appearance presented on the website. After waiting much longer than promised, receiving something so different from what was advertised was extremely frustrating.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
