Friendly service, quick delively. Minus because only home delivery. How I can be at home to receive it 10.00 morning on Monday? Pick Up point is also more sustainable. Also the product itself wasn't so great what I expected. But as I said, friendly & quick service & sustainable products!

Respecto al punto de recogida, no lo tenemos establecido pero para aquellos que nos lo comentáis solemos gestionarlo para que tengáis una oficina de recogida o para poder entregarlo en un dirección más cómoda como, por ejemplo, el lugar de trabajo.

The staff (Raquel) was very friendly and helpful, keeping me informed all the time about the status of the shipment.
