Highly Recommend Amasty!

Amasty has a ton of really great extensions. Just about anything you can think of, they have. We did have a few conflicts/customizations we needed support with and they were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Amasty!

Great experience using Amasty for Magento Custom Development

We have been using Amasty for over a year and they have become our first choice for Magento extensions, customisations, and upgrades. Amasty have recently completed a 2.4.5 upgrade which went smoothly, especially considering the complexity of the update.

Most of the time the Amasty extensions work well out of the box but when things haven’t, I have always found support to be very helpful and they resolve any issues quickly. Depending on the complexity of the issue a patch to fix the issue is usually provided within a few days.

A subscription is now needed for extension updates and support after the first year, but this is clearly shown on their site prior to purchase. I think even with the subscription costs the extensions offer good value as the extensions often get new features and can require significant changes to keep them working with the latest version of Magento.

Don't keep their promises

Shady business practices. They don't keep their promises. We bought a lot of extensions from Amasty with the promise of having lifetime updates.

This year they changed the way they operate. Both new and old customers have to purchase a subscription to get updates and security patches.

No problem to change the way you operate, but you can't just screw old customers like this.

Please note that all your extensions purchased before February 1, 2022 are automatically covered with maintenance, including compatibility setup and bug fixes. The technical updates that are available for your extensions purchased before February 1st include Magento version compatibility and bugfixes, and accessing these technical updates doesn’t require activating any subscriptions on your side.

If you want to receive support services or/and new features for your extensions purchased before February 1, 2022, now you can subscribe to one of the advanced support subscription plans. If you want to learn more, please contact our manager at maria.khursevich@amasty.com, she’ll be happy to help you. And if you have any remaining questions, please don’t hesitate to let her know.

As for any new extension purchases made after February 1st, 2022, they work by the product subscription model.

DO NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

Had a extension in my shopping cart and was offered a 10% discount if i filled in a survey. When i clicked back the extension was about 10% more expensive. I quickly opened a private window and the price was back to normal. When i logged in the price was higer again. What a scam!

All modules have worked very well.

All modules have worked very well.
They are a bit more expensive but work out of the box.

I am using a cron schedule list, product parts finder, product tabs, and store pickup.

The only module that didn't meet my needs was a free one and URL rewrites generator, got a better alternative from GitHub.

Amasty has canceled my order and declined to provide a refund

On October 25th 2022 Amasty sent me an email saying that they shall cancel my orders and cease to provide further services as of 28.10.2022.
In reply I've asked for a refund, and on October 26th 2022 I've received a response saying "Please note that arranging a refund won't be possible, this option is not available."

Questionable business ethics. Pathetic Support

Questionable business ethics - tricking customers into "Free Trials" without mentioning recurring billing... Entire business model has changed for the worse. Will never purchase anything from Amasty again. After spending 1000's of dollars supporting.

Amasty makes some of the best Magento…

Amasty makes some of the best Magento extensions in the market. 6 months ago their service level dropped off to where it was not very good but, recently, it seems they have turned things around and have regained their exceptional service (that they used to have). All my recent tickets in the last 2 months have been solved in 1-2 days and communication has been great! I can certainly recommend Amasty extensions. They are well priced and service is excellent once again.
