Ordering online is not reliable
Tried ordering online for the first time and found inventory to be less than straight forward. No email updates about fulfillment or timing of the order until after I inquired. Email responses were timely by Amathus but all ultimately were inaccurate. 7 days have past and I have not received confirmation that the order is ready for pick up. Hopefully I can get my money back…

The order arrived ahead of time (not always a good thing, but on this occasion I was able to accept it) and was robustly packaged. I was given advance notice of the delivery window, which was helpful. The products were great, too!

Competitive price. Quick and efficient delivery. Only hassle was that pallet lorry was too wide for our gate - fortunately someone was at home and able to ferry the boxes from roadside to house.

Outstanding service from unique company
This is the only company I could find that could supply Galliano Autentico, a drink I use sparingly for my Harvey Wallbangers, and that I last bought back in the 90’s. When ordered, it arrived within a couple of days. Great service.

Product fine packaging bad
Product fine, price fine, came in a damaged box and so I was lucky to catch the bottle as it slipped through the bottom of the carton. And it was a gift, I had no time to return, seems to me this wasn't checked before despatch otherwise it would have been changed. I hope.
