No update for weeks after placing order
High quality HEPA filter and the larger model air purifier seems to generate decent airflow (in a smaller room). It seems to work nicely and looks pretty sleek.
However, pricing is not very competitive for the air purifier and filters. Given the price for the purifier, I hope it will remain functional for many years to come. (I ran into a review a few weeks ago that claimed the air purifier broke down just after the warranty had expired. Let's hope that was just a one off.)
Upon ordering filters, it took 2 weeks for them to get shipped. I did email the company and they did explain the filters were out of stock. That can happen of course, but I feel in 2 weeks time you should at least give consumers an update about an order they placed. I received no email or update at all in those 2 weeks - with the exception of a response to my own email that I ultimately sent out of concern. And frankly I feel the website should have mentioned that filters were (almost) out of stock, and delivery could take longer.
