REAL LIFE NIGHGMARE EXPERIENCE

Paid over $150 (plus membership fee) for a very light, natural set with no volume—lashes looked barely noticeable. Right after application, at the front desk, blinking caused severe pain and poking along my lash line. I scheduled removal for the next day at 11:30 AM and left, but the discomfort was too intense to drive or wait—I turned right around, returned, and got them removed immediately.
The appointment took ~3 hours total. White glue residue lingered post-removal, and pain persists the next day.

I scheduled an appointment online for a…

I scheduled an appointment online for a 2 week fill to existing lashes, requested hybrid full. I went for my appointment and immediately knew based on the little time spent it was not a fill I was accustomed to, when I looked in the mirror I immediately complained and asked for the manager. I was charged $145 for this fill even though I was joining the membership. I was told the manager would call me. A lady called about 20 minutes later saying to come back and they would make it right, I said I can't come back until the following day. I was told to come back at 10:30 which I did. The new lash tech began "teaching" me about the different techniques, different types of lashes, different understanding of what the client wants. While she's talking she starts pulling at my lashes and it hurt, I told her to stop and covered my face and began to cry because at that moment I knew I wasn't going to receive the level of service nor the lashes I wanted for the $145 I've already paid. She said aww why are you crying it's not like we're calling you a "KAREN" I immediately told her how she had insulted me and was crying. I normally pay $65 for a fill and had been satisfied with my former lash tech for over 5 years, but she moved abruptly. My husband called and I was crying and I told him that I had just been called a KAREN. He told me to leave. The front desk lady said let me put you with our "Master" lash tech. I hesitantly agreed. When she finished I looked like a clown face she had put lashes on so thick, I'm 63 not 23. I again IMMEDIATELY complained and asked for the manager. That evening 03/06/26 I received a call from the manager saying to come back this morning for a partial refund and removal. I went back this morning fully expecting to meet with the manager but she was not there. I was greeted and said you're here for your removal right, I said I'm here for my refund and she informed me that she couldn't do a refund, only the manager could do that. I said I expected to meet with the manager. I explained I had lashes when I originally came in for a fill and I'm not leaving here with no lashes and no refund. I asked to speak to the manager so she texted her and she called, they were talking about me while I was standing there and the clerk said I don't blame you and laughed. I was asking if I might have a word with her, I am the customer and I can convey my issue better than she can. I was finally handed the phone so I could speak on my own behalf. She was argumentative, lacked communication skills and her customer service tactics are avoidance. She said they do not give refunds and I said I was told to return for a partial refund, so I was lured here under false pretenses so they could remove my lashes and keep my money. I still have no resolution, I have a lash glued to my eyelid by the "master" lash tech. I have reached out to corporate and filed a complaint with BBB. I have been insulted by their staff and look like I have inch worms on my eyes. I'm 63 not 23. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AMAZING LASH STUDIOS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

They make it next to impossible to cancel this membership

I was initially very happy with Amazing Lash Paradise Valley location. The service was excellent, and both of my Master Stylists were highly skilled and professional. Unfortunately, both of them left, and the quality of my experience declined significantly after that.

The stylist I was reassigned to was not Master-level, and there appeared to be an unusually high turnover rate overall. Due to the inconsistency and decline in service, I decided to cancel my membership.

Despite canceling, my membership was not properly terminated, and I was charged again. When I contacted the PV location regarding the billing error, they refused to refund the charge. This was extremely disappointing. Had the situation been handled professionally with a refund, I would have considered returning in the future or referring others.

Instead, the lack of accountability and poor customer service has ensured that I will not return and will give a negative review everywhere I can. I called back twice and left two messages. Still have not heard anything, and I still have not received paperwork to end my membership. I'm literally going to have to fly back to Phoenix to stop them from billing me again... DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I really do not write reviews but beware of Amazing Lash Studio

I really do not write reviews, but my experience with this company deserves a review and I wanted to ensure I was no longer angry. A little background; I've been a master lash instructor and stylist for over 10 years. I went to Amazing Lash Studio in D'Iberville, MS. to get a full set of lashes. I went on a Friday because I was to start my vacation the following Monday. I explained to the lash tech what I wanted; not to long with a little volume. The finished result was pretty. When I woke up Saturday, 90% of my lash extensions from my left eye was on my pillow. Not only the extensions, but my natural lashes as well. I contacted Amazing Lash Studio and they were apologetic and wanted me to come in to get the lashes reapplied. Here's the issue; my natural lashes came out with the extensions, so what will the tech apply the extensions to? That was Saturday. On Sunday, all the lash extensions came out except for 6 and so did my natural lashes. My vacation was to start on Monday. So I sent pictures as requested by the owner of the studio. Her reply was she will give me $50 off the lash service when I come back in. Ok, again, I've been a master instructor and stylist of lashes for over 10 years! I cannot get extensions if there is no natural lashes to put the extensions on! Next she said, my natural lashes was in the shedding stage of the lash growth cycle. AGAIN, I'VE BEEN A MASTER LASH INSTRUCTOR AND STYLIST FOR OVER 10 YEARS!!! I think I know what stage of the growth cycle my lashes were in. I would be stupid to get extensions during the shedding cycle. I contacted my instructor in London and sent my pictures to her. My instructor said what happened to me should NEVER have happened. My instructor has experience like no other. Her You Tube channel, Instagram and TikTok has over 2 million followers and it's difficult to attend her classes because there is such a long wait list. My instructor asked if Amazing Lash Studio offered a refund....I told my instructor she had jokes! No Amazing Lash Studio did not offer a refund. This is the business where the customer is not right even if there is photo evidence. I went on my tropical vacation but did not take any photos because I had NO LASHES at all!! I teach my students about the damage strip lashes and cluster lashes can do to the natural lashes, so needless to say, I did not apply any of those. This review is to show the public, even if Amazing Lash Studio make your lashes fall out, you will not get a refund. I spent $100 plus a great tip to wear my lash extensions for 1 day! So unacceptable. If I could have given Amazing Lash Studio a negative 10, I would have. I don't think this company would have a rebuttal for my review because I have the pictures and text messages from them as proof.

Deceptive Company

I called to make an appointment for their $99.00 deal. The term Master was never mentioned. I tipped the girl and went up front to pay and she said I owe $129.00. I told her I was quoted $99.00 and she said it was more since I had a Master. After going back and forth with her telling her I never requested a Master and the prices were deceptive. I even asked for a Manager and of course theres noone there to speak to but she'd leave a message obviously the manager never called me. This company is nothing more than a cash cow with terrible underhanded customer service. CANNOT Recommend!!

They charged me for 2 months because I didn't come in to cancel and tell me I can only use the $180 I can only use for services. Stating my account was in suspension. Ok in suspension until I say....NOT YOU ALL I don't want to gift to anyone and I don't want no lash lift. This is why people go and shoot up places. This has pissed me off and if it wasn't for jail. I am thinking about taking to to small claims court just for the hassle I have the time.

Horrible Front Desk Service

I had a 9 a.m. lash appointment. When I finished around 10:30 a.m., the receptionist was on the phone and ignored me. I waited, even using the restroom to give her time. When I whispered I had a meeting, she called me rude. I needed to pay and tip, but she argued with me.

I tried to get help from another employee, but they couldn't process payments. The receptionist blamed me for waiting, saying I finished 30 minutes early. Frustrated, I left after 15 minutes of trying to pay. I then called the Dallas number to pay, just to find out that I had enough credits that I didn't even have to pay (which further shows my time was wasted). I still tipped the person who did my lashes, but the receptionist was the worst. She will be the cause of many customers not coming back because the phone call she was on, while having me wait, was her yelling at a customer.

The receptionist was so focused on trying to win an argument with me that she didn't realize a customer simply wanted to pay and leave. I had no issues with anything except wanting to check out. I felt profiled because I was not dressed to par and my hair was prepped for a hair appointment. This location is in a high-end area. There's no way that when someone whispers they have to leave after waiting to check out, the receptionist thinks the response should be "you are being rude." This establishment lacks professionalism, and I don't recommend it to anyone who is a professional.

If you don't want to be disrespected by the staff, do not go to this establishment.

I wish I had read the reviews first

I wish I had read the reviews here and on BBB. This company has an F rating. It seems most of the problems are the shady way they try to squeeze more money out of you. This was my first time at the East Cobb location and the same thing happened to me. Got a call from Diamond when I got home that they charged me incorrectly. I should have been charged $30 more for a “master stylist”. I told her I specifically asked NOT to have a master stylist when I made the appointment. We argued for probably 30 minutes about this. She was rude, argumentative and nasty. What a scam. NEVER WILL I GO HERE!!

Shady Business

This review is strictly for the Vintage Park location in Houston Texas. The owner of this establishment is an absolute thief. As of December 1 of 2023 I signed up for an upgraded membership for $159 a month which included two refills per month with volumes. For the last month I kept noticing there was a problem with my account when I checked out. Each time the new staff and new manager could not explain why I was upside down in what I owed. I went to another location to educate myself on my own membership. Within minutes that person called this location and told them they had set up my membership incorrectly and did not set my membership up to apply the credits. At that point I thought everything would be squared away even though I was frustrated that I had to take the initiative to train another locations employees. I communicated this information to the manager I have been dealing with. This evening I learned from her that the owner told her it didn’t matter, and because my membership was making her lose money and she was not going to honor it. They owe me money and have no intention of refunding it. I will be disputing every penny of this with my credit card company. I also let this manager know that I have a videotaped conversation of the other location educating her incompetent employee on what they were doing wrong to begin with which I will also use with my credit card company. They are messing with the wrong customer. These people are nothing but incompetence and shadiness. Go any place but here unless you feel like getting ripped off by crooks.

Wasted my money

I saw beautifully done eyelashes on my optician and asked her where she got her eyelashes done and she said the Duham store. I had a wedding to go to and mascara always runs on me so called them up. They were booked, so called Chapel hill, got an appointment and when I got there the power went out so they couldn't complete the appointment. So I called Briar creek, bad move! They got me in, the girl that did them was super sweet, but didn't really listen or understand what I wanted, she showed me single strand lashes and triple strand lashes and I said can be do a combo, because I want to look nice but not super bushy. She said sure and it will be a $45 up charge. Well since I was on a first timer $79.99 intro I didn't mind the up fee. When she was done I wanted to cry! They looked like thick caterpillars and only in the middle of my eye, nothing on the inner or outer edges. And all one length. I had to work so I couldn't really do much but pay and leave. When it came time to pay, the $45 up charge became $65 because I wasn't a member. And to become a member it was another $135! Why would I want to join the club if they can't do it right the first time!??? So the next day I called the Durham store to see if they could fix it, and they said they could but it would be another $70 and that the original place I got them should fix them in 72 hours for free. So I called Briar creek to get them fixed. I went in, I know the girl added lashes because I could feel it, but she only used single strand hairs and you can't see them, so I am no better off than I started with. I will never go back to them, if I ever try this avenue of lashes I will go to Durham where I have seen the results of good quality work. After buying lash cleaner and tip,( because I lived off tips when younger) It was $170 for a waste of money and time.

Love the Ocotillo Arizona location

Love the Ocotillo Arizona location. The lash stylists are professional, welcoming and do an excellent job. My fills last longer than expected. I’ve been going to them for the past three years and love their membership program.

Please save your money and do your research for local competitors when it comes to this chain studio. I was going here for over a year and unfortunately you was forced to close my account because of the high turnover rates and poor trained front desk staff. And when I asked if I could use the credits that they had take it out of my account which equals to a $100 on products within the store because I found another lash Silas to they said no you have to use it on a service after I tried to explain to the manager that you can't do that jumping back-and-forth from style is to stylist because there is using different products. Take my warning and please support your local and don't go with a giant chain to get your eyelashes done.
