my experience with Amazingrdp team has been very good.
Pros: the amount of attention provided to a customer is very prompt. I can get support, any time of the day, there is always someone to help in chats and tickets.
Cons: their on-boarding process for credit card holders are bit slow as they requires verification. but once that's done, everything is very fast. they have explained why and I like fact that all customer are only businesses, No chance for hacker or illegal activities here.
kudos to AmazingRDP team for answering me even at 4:00 A.M, I will definitely be ordering more from you..

I have been their client for 2.5 years and they are the best in my opinion. I can see few fake reviews, they are made by competitors or fake ppl I dont know. In my HONEST opinion they are the best in rdp provider.

Horrible and very bad rdp service, scam!! it works well only first month !! go away save your money.
I decided to subscribe 2 months before buying 2 years subscription, to test the rdp.
I'm not heavy using the rdp, i connect 10 times a month.
First Month, it works good, but in second month and at the first day i connot connect to the rdp for 3 days, the support keeps telling me they are working on it. At the third day the support tell me they can switch me to another server, when i sayed "Yes plaise switch me", they don't. They told me my rdp is OK, the rdp worked 2 days and again i cannot connect, i was very bored and angry and i don't contacted them and abandonnet it. I tryed the rdp today 1 day before payment and still cannot connect to it.
In 3 words "It's A Shame"
The error i'v done, i believed the reviews, but maybe all those good reviews are written in the first month.

instead of correcting the faulty rdp you sold me that didn't work until now, you reported my trustpilot comment. So is that your policy to have good reviews? you rip people off and when they write this on trustpilot you report hem ? IT'S A SHAME !!!
I'll give to truspilot a printScreen of my exchange with your support, And if necessary I will give them the invoices for the rdp. You are not going to rip me off like that.

Support response almost instantly and they're very helpful. I've bought couple rdps in the past from other sites and most of them are either trash or scam, this one is 100% legit. I highly recommend you to try this.
