Had an incident in Orpington warehouse were my 2 tyres was slashed by their metal drive through.
Amazon flex claim department taken car away for over 5 days because of the bank holiday weekend, only just to find out that they think it wasn't a fault of the road but the bright new tyres from michelin. We then end up inspecting the tyres nd it was not a faulty tyre....
Try to ge hold off them for the claim again will take me another day just on the phone!!!!
So useless in answering and instead of blaming everyone el they should start helping their drivers who are doing the job for their customers, or we all need to start going on strike and take them to court for discrimination and damaged Vehicles!

The route plan with they plan for you it's joke, I think they just do it in any way they don't see the map at all. Last delivery block of 4 hours I did it in 7 hours. They send you to one location than the next one is not the nearest one but far away than next it will bring you back to the first location and you are going and back, if u calculate the £15 per hour, if you work in factory you will get €11.50 to £12.5 per hour without any expenses. 15-12=£3
From £3 you have fuel, tyres, mileage on the clock. Insurance, car, think alone.

The worst company infact I feel like cancelling my prime membership, don’t know how they get away with it using thieving contractors like Konas enterprises, I trained for 2 days, 1 day ride along and 2 shifts but only paid £93 for a 10hr shift saying they withhold the money for 3 weeks in case you damage the van, that is not mentioned anywhere and you have to 140 + parcels on your first day, and even when I told them i have quit they never paid me a penny, modern day slavery still exists

Please get rid of the Bluetooth!! Every time I pick up and I’m delivering I have devices connecting to my phone that I am NOT connecting. It is an IPhone btw. My phone security settings then end up completely open as if the device has been completely reset. From what I’ve read information can be transferred with Bluetooth. Is this the problem as to why my account is constantly hacked? It feels as though someone is using my account more than me. I’ve driven for the company for 8 years. This is a serious problem and it seems the company does not care at all to fix it. It also seems there must be certain individuals within the company helping this along to make sure their friends get the best work. Completely unethical and racist.

The system is corrupt. It’s almost like it is designed for you to last just for a few months. A lot times the app crashes, losing a tremendous amounts of time. Extra packages, somehow always seems to show up. Time to time it will shows package not being delivered. The app is designed to keep track of all your moves… Like I said before CORRUPT. I only do it because of my struggle with my PTSD. I don’t work well in a group, so working by myself it is perfectly. However it is a dishonest place

If I could rate them a zero I would. I wanted a short term job for the summer. I am a school teacher by profession. I am thankful I did not rely on this as my sole income. I put 3,000 miles on my car and made a little under a 1,000 for a month and a half of daily work. When I ran into issues with delivering into apartments, new subdivisions with no addresses, dropped internet on Amazon’s part, calling for Amazon support could take up to 15 minutes of the time I was given to deliver. I was asked for feedback. I was given a bot reply. Amazon has used a business model that ONLY serves their agenda. The cards are stacked against you as a driver. Don’t bother. You cannot turn a profit doing this job. Gas, mileage, wasted time, wear and tear on your vehicle, not to mention the more you are on the road the probability of you having an accident is significantly higher. Do not get suckered into this.

1. Getting Block: I started Amazon Flex in 2020 and that time there were only 4h blocks and there were plenty of them. Then they started 5h and then 6.5 and 8h Van blocks too by 2022. Now Amazon Flex have so many drivers that its almost impossible to get a block. Am doing 6.5h SUV blocks and its hard to see 2-3 Sat/Sun blocks even after refreshing all day. In those conditions drivers will risk their account and use bots. Amazon did all to benefit themselves, to avoid surge blocks and ruined this work for those who were working from so long.
2. Melbourne Airport Station: Station employees are good except some. Some will force you to take packages you cant fit in your car safely. Before if you get late sometime or forget to click "I have arrived", they will fix it and let you do it but now it is no longer the case. Preston and Truganina stations were closed in 2022 i think and it was very bad because now drivers living in North and West had to travel all the way to Airport to do block and not to mention to return the undelivered packages.
3. Driver Support: There is no driver support. Its absolutely garbage email support that send you automated replies. So if you have any issue other then delivering packages, good luck with that. Amazon don't care about you at all. Put this in your mind. Getting help from them might get you some migraine issue like am having by even thinking about it. It will make you so frustrated.
4.Rewards: There are no special rewards normally. On prime day they offer some rewards. In past, there were rewards like, this week do 3 blocks and you will get 200$" then they relaced those rewards with luck based ones, like this years 2023 they had "Gold Ticket" where they put one ticket with some reward in chocolates but who knows who got that. Now with these rewards amazon knows how much they spending and there is high probability that no one will win that reward so they wont have to pay anything unlike past where you know that if I do 3 block, I will get that specific reward.
Overall, it is great money if you can get a block. No doubt that is why am still doing it but now from 1st July 2023, its gone absolute garbage. There are more worst thing those will come for Flex drivers in future. They are just following pattern of USA. They built their empire on shoulder of Flex drivers and in the end, all were left with nothing much and most of the jobs went to DSP. Just wait and watch, all Flex drivers will be left with nothing or some not so worth doing jobs. Don't depend upon it because if they block your account for some reason then it will take so long to reactivate because as i said no driver support only bots. Just try sending random email to driver support to test it out.

I am quite sure Amazon will start having a lot of court cases . First I’d like to start by saying it is great for quick money however there’s so many things that are unorganized and unprofessional . First thing first there isn’t anyone that you can speak with pertaining to payments, app issues or anything in that category over the phone . When you contact driver support while on the road to report a issue, they ask you to return packages by the next business day no later than 10am and that it will not affect your standings but it DOES. Then if you have app issues at the station you are told that you will still be paid in full but you DONT . Then when you reach out to what seems to be the team that escalate issues by email once you send a reply it goes to new representatives that does not know what’s going on .. totally confusing and highly unprofessional

On 03/07/2023 i went to the depot to collect my block which supposed to start 13:30 to14:00 but after I arrived in depot my screen has changed with some route from the past and app asked me to do first??? But how I am coming for new block not for some from the past???
This people are nonsense cowboys which don’t care about you ! For me this is modern slavery ! I contacted supervisor and Amazon driver support but 3 days now from not paid any!!!

Delivering in London UK
Don’t know what it’s like delivering outside of London but where I live you might aswell not bother can’t even get to the depot in barking took me an hour and 20 mins I left 30 mins early aswell missed my block by 2 mins wasted petrol drove 22 miles pointless even attempting to do it around the London area.

Don’t waste your time! They take all your personal information, bank details, passports, driver licences etc etc. Then they tell you that you’ve failed the criminal check and to dispute it with accurate if you think it’s wrong. So, you contact accurate to dispute and there is nothing to dispute because your criminal background check was clean! Nothing on it!! Go back to them and they just keep sending you the same BS template email about failing the criminal check, that I didn’t fail.
