As a first-time author I was seeking direction from A to Z. I found just that. Every step of the way was handled with patience and professionalism. John Ellite was fantastic. He answered questions with clarity, was very helpful during every step in the process. Returned my calls promptly, and actually, on a number of occasions went the extra mile. I am very pleased with the service and the outcome of my publishing experience.

I was really pleased with the service and product I received from Amazon Book Publishing Pro. They did a great job of guiding me through the process of self-publishing, especially for such an affordable price.
I was under pressure to publish within a narrow time frame, and they made that possible. Communication was easy - I could contact my team leader, John, through Basecamp, text, or call straight through whenever I needed, and he did his best to accommodate. Self-publishing for the first time, AND doing business with an unfamiliar company, made me very anxious, wondering the whole time if it was going to work out. But John kept reassuring me & to my pleasant relief, the ebook, paperback, & hard cover all came out just as promised.
My main critique would be that I would’ve appreciated more written communication with clear instructions to follow. If you are a new author, it can feel overwhelming, so having written check lists & instructions would be helpful as you are trying to digest a lot of new information in a short amount of time.

Sabrina has been a delight to work with. She listens to my questions, responds directly, and has shepherded my book to successful production. I'm ready to hear her out on marketing strategy.

It was difficult to get started
Being a first time author, I got a lot of challenges like the format of the book, selecting the good book title and cover page design. Joey was super helpful in getting things done smoothly. It looks easy now and I got the motivation to write further books. Called as an author is really a different feeling!

They made publishing easy
I got my book ready and formatted using Microsoft Word but was not able to publish it on Amazon or other platforms. All platforms need some special formatting. I got lucky to get in touch with Amazon Book Publishing Pro. They took care of my publishing while I was able to focus on my writing. Glad to have found the good team for future publications.
