Repeated disappointments

On multiple occasions, most recently, Monday, I get a message from Amazon that my package has been delivered with a photograph of the package by a front door THAT ISN’T MY FRONT DOOR. (Moreover, that photograph was inconsistent with the product ordered…a large mailing envelope for a shoe rack. Last fall I asked to have Amazon Logistics deprioritized as a delivery service but every delivery since then has been Amazon Logistics making me think the the deprioritization “thing” is bogus. I asked customer service if they could call the driver and tell him/her if their error but apparently they can’t.

The drivers I’ve met are nice enough but typically unfamiliar with the neighborhood, have GPS (which they over-rely on) that are inaccurate, and poorly trained and supervised.

I’d rather pay more and get reliable service from UPS, FedEx, or USPS. I’ve seen no improvement in six months. Senior management should be replaced or Amazon should outsource shipping to reliable shoppers once again. AL is incredibly…no shockingly…bad.

"Handed to resident" is often an outright lie!

Yet another delivery, recorded as having been "handed to resident", that has failed to turn up anywhere. Yet another profuse apology and immediate refund from Amazon - little wonder that they are having to lay off staff as profits nose-dive! The answer is surely to sack drivers who lie about where they have left packages, not simply to reimburse the customer.

Received an email stating the Amazon driver had an issue delivering to my address and I should change delivery instructions, when no Amazon driver has EVER had an issue delivering packages for all the years I've been an Amazon customer. This particular idiot driver clearly doesn't know enough to read the numbers on mailboxes before he/she makes their deliveries to my neighbor's porch instead of mine, and decided to blame me instead of owning up to to their mistake.

Cancel Prime Membership - NOW!

Ordered 2 products from Amazon. To be delivered by Prime delivery the next day.
Next day, 1 item arrived, 1 didn't. Waited until 10pm which was the latest delivery time. Nothing.
Spoke to Amazon with WebChat and got the usual, "We Apologies" and "We will ensure that doesn't happen again" and "Wait for another 2 days, and then get a refund or replacement"

All stock, pre-written replies that bare no real empathy to the situation at all.

Waited 2 days, and the "package has been lost in transit" - after the Amazon Support person tried to argue the point, they reluctantly gave me a refund.
They wanted me to wait up to a week!!!!

Jump forward less than 2 weeks and ordered a different item, Prime delivery etc....
Nothing came, contacted customer services who (see above)
"We Apologies" and "We will ensure that doesn't happen again" and "Wait for another 2 days, and then get a refund or replacement"

Yet again, the Customer Support person showed ZERO empathy to the situation, and just kept repeating the Apology messages.

Waited 2 days, got a replacement this time, and I asked if it was going to be delivered the next day. They said, "Yes, it should be"

So ultimately this has left me with no confidence in Amazon or AmazonLogistics.

Seriously thinking about cancelling my entire Prime membership because of the lack of professionalism showed.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Was put on hold and then disconnected. Then tried to chat for over 60 minutes, transferred 7 times and in the end got nowhere. Please go back to using UPS.

Ship across world in 4 days then lost.

Ship across world in 4 days, 10 miles from here Amazon sends it 5 states away where it sits for a week then say undeliverable. Guess lucky they find their way to work. In 4 months mishandled 19 packages loosing 4 completely.

This happens 40% of time shipped with Amazon logistics

I would leave less than 1 star if I could!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Driver doesn't even attempt to deliver our items! Our address is easy to find, additional instructions have been provided including a phone number however, the driver doesn't call and just returns the items. Other courier services are able to find our address no problem.

When you complain to Amazon they say there is nothing they can do and simply refund you.

Disgusting!

Incapable of finding the correct house

Incapable of finding the correct house - not even able to get close. There's only 3 houses in my postcode but parcels can be delivered 3-5miles away in postcodes not even similar.
No amount of complaining and explaining makes a difference.
Every other courier can find out house without issue.
No longer buying from Amazon, despite having Prime. A huge shame other companies are using Amazon Logisitics, I won't buy from them if they do.
On the occasions they have found the house they've ruined the driveway.

Where do I begin…I have an Amazon Prime…

Where do I begin…I have an Amazon Prime account and when my items/packages are sent via USPS OR UPS everything is on time! If they are sent via Amazon Logistics, I will get a notification that it will be delivered by “10pm today.” When I see that status, I KNOW it won’t be delivered until the next day. It’s extremely frustrating when you have been told and shown in your tracking it will be delivered and ITS NOT! I have been given $5 each time that happens by customer service, but I’m at a point that I’m just going to stop using Amazon! The company has grown so much, and they just can’t keep up so Customer Service has declined.
I am expecting a package from Zappos today and I noticed they partnered with Amazon Logistics to deliver my package. I KNOW I won’t be getting it today because that is how Amazon Logistics operates!! I told Zappos no more business from me if they are using them to deliver.

Monopoly power allows Amazon to wring customers for even more profits. Greedy jerkss

Amazon no longer gives you the option of sending items together. Every single item comes in an overly large individual package, usually with zero or insufficient padding. You have to send the vendor an email to find out where it's being shipped from and often they won't tell you because "Amazon is handling it". Tracking doesn't tell you where it's coming from or where it is along the way, just that a label has been created. Often, the item sits in limbo for days waiting to be shipped. But you can't cancel once they've created that label. What happened to Prime immediate shipping? You need at least a week ahead, like in the old days. The intentionally make customer service complicated and inaccessible, to save money no doubt. Doesn't Bezos have a big enough yacht? Greedy SOBs.

Amazon Logistics sucks period

Amazon Logistics sucks period! They keep delaying my item that I ordered. It takes forever for them to ship it even though it is only 10 minutes from where I live. Their tracking system is horrible. No information for a week and then some show up and say where it is and also say for example my item that I bought. It arrived in amazon facility at 4:14am on Jan 2nd and it left that facility on the same day at 8:50pm, so for the whole day it did not move. I ordered my item on Dec 20th and now it is Jan 3rd and I still don't have it even though it is in an Amazon facility 10 minutes from me. Now it says that I'll maybe receive my item between Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. It is just 10 minutes away and they don't accept drive in to pick up your own package so I have to wait. Stupid Amazon keeps saying that if I want a refund or not, I'm tired of that message, it's like no I don't want a refund I just want the item that I ordered and finally it is 10 minutes away and they still can't deliver it. It's pathetic!

After hours of looking for contact…

After hours of looking for contact information, then being bounced around from Amazon reps, I was informed that they do not provide assistance to recipients and that we need to contact the seller who doesn't have access or authority over Amazon logistics. When asking them if Amazon Logistics have access to out Amazon account delivery instructions i was told "I understand sir. But you need to contact the seller about your lost package".. I tried to explain to her in basic English was I said and she repeated herself. I asked if she could understand what I was saying and she sounded confused and started talking about something unrelated. Now, I am without a very important piece of equipment I must have for work tomorrow and have no support to find where my package ended up or have to get it replaced.

Amazon logistics gave my packages to my…

Amazon logistics gave my packages to my neighbor who did not give back to me FOUR times. Last time, the value was $400.00. I asked for a free delivery after the refund, and they refused. Little did I know on the website, there are mostly 1 star reviews. They make the customer copy and paste a link to get permission to handle case, and long ass order numbers and the driver cannot even read. I contacted Amazon, even went to the department head, and she blames it on me not putting the address correctly. I urge all customers to contact media outlets so we can put Amazon on blast. Amazon logistics is the the worst…

Amazon logistics is the the worst delivery company. I live in a building and I explained in the delivery to bring it up to my apartment. They always leave it in the front of my building or near the mailbox where anyone can take the packages. The driver's took a picture and it clearly shows where they left it and Amazon refused to give me a refund. I will cancel my prime membership and so are my family members.

Lost a loyal customer

I ordered a kids Drone for my grandson and it was to be received today. I’m leaving to go out of town on tomorrow and won’t be back until the new year. I received a message that says my package won’t be delivered til tomorrow. Which means I travel without a gift for my grandson. I’m so devastated and they refused to do anything about it. I now hate Amazon and doubt I will make a purchase with them again. I had a credit in a gift to get rid of it but they can have it and that is why businesses fail when they get to big that they stop caring. If they look at my account, I’ve recently had refunds issued because they deliver to the wrong address or the product is bad. I get packages for people in my neighborhood, so I walk to give them there’s. It’s ridiculous!!!

TBA a/k/a Amazon membership and Amazon Delivery service is…

TBA a/k/a Amazon Delivery service is horrible, marks packages as delivered when they were not or handed to resident when they were not and delivered to a safe place - when it was not disclosed where the package was left. I have had to waste numerous hours of my time to get a customer service rep to issue refund or replacement on packages not received due to the above when I have "delivery instructions" including my phone number, despite the instructions or signage on my property, packages are still left elsewhere.
Amazon refused to issue me a refund stating they had a "video" of where the pachage was delivered but would not release it to me. IT was marked delivered to a safe place. I have cameras and offered to send pictures of my front door, but they were not interested. Amazon rep told me I needed to file a police report. I called my credit card company and was immediately issued a refund. I have since removed all credit cards from my Amazon account so they can not autorenew and automatically charge any card on file for another year of prime membership. I have had it with Amazon, their poor customer service, diverting cutomer calls overseas, their customer service reps theats to suspend my account or pusnish me for complaining of poor customer service, hang ups, rudeness, language barriers, poor delivery service, amazon delivery services falsifyng business records in fraudenlty marking packages "received or delivered" when they were not. And for false and/or indirect accusations of committing package theft.
