Another failure to deliver

Another failure to deliver. Won't talk to buyer as 'you are not their customer'. Got delivery notification say left near garden, no photo or anything. Not left here and seller and Amazon Logistics refuse to engage other than to say it was delivered somewhere in this postcode.
Not sure how connected this service is to actual Amazon, who always find us with deliveries. This lot however have consistently failed to deliver.

Lack of Respect & Protocols

Amazon logistics is very unprofessional. The supervisor Rob doesn’t deserve to be a supervisor. He doesn’t perform drug tests like he should. I’ve complained about him more than twice and no one has done anything about it. Everyday before a route and after it asks us to survey our DSP. I write comments on how he doesn’t do enough to make you feel appreciated and just talks down on people. Sometimes I dread coming to work because he will take from someone who perform well to give to someone else. Rob and some of the dispatchers will not communicate with employees intentionally. There’s a lack of leadership and respect. This review is not to bash anyone’s character but has been my experience working under Rob for almost a year. I love driving for Amazon but my DSP and supervisor is dragging this company down.

Undelivered parcel

On 20th August 2024, I ordered an item on eBay, it was due to be delivered on Friday 23rd August 2024 by Amazon logistics. According to the tracking information I received, they delivered the item on Thursday 22nd August 2024. But they didn't deliver it at all. I live in a secure entry retirement block & they need to speak over an intercom to the tenant to gain entry. No proof of delivery has been given. This company is an absolutely disgraceful & dishonest outfit.

Amazon Logistics fail to deliver Once Again

Another 1 star review as you cannot go lower....
another parcel ordered for delivery to SP8 in DORSET
and sent out for delivery somewhere in Weybridge Surrey and now NOT being delivered and order cancelled....WHY DO COMPANIES use this outfit, cheaper but refunding disgruntled customers cannot be cost effective...i await the day i get to meet a Logistics delivery person at my door as clearly they will be trespassing as they will be at the wrong address....

I had an important delivery scheduled for this morning which they did not deliver. I got a text later asking "how do I deliver to this address?". Well you could start by reading my delivery preferences and just leave it by the gate!

Don't want to even give one star..

Don't want to even give one star... Over the past 5+ years, out of every 100 deliveries attempted by Amazon Logistics, only about 1 has been delivered correctly and on-time. Every other delivery has had issues - from attempting to deliver to a business well past 8pm in some cases, to leaving fragile electronics outside in *very* inclement weather (rain/snow), to delivering to an entirely wrong address, to... You pick the issue with a final mile delivery, and Amazon Logistics has managed to make it happen. No contact information for them either does not help, and they simply do not support their drivers at all.

Here we go again.... yet another courier and yet more problems

Ordered an item on eBay. Item marked as dispatched. Fine.

Received an email yesterday saying that Amazon Logistics Europe had tried to deliver my item but I wasn't in. Firstly, I was in all day as I work from home. Secondly, they never buzzed my door entry; the intercom is right next to my office so I would not have not heard it. And thirdly, the driver never left a 'Sorry We Missed You' card in my outside mailbox. I don't believe they tried to deliver it at all.

Tracked it though them online, and apparently it's been taken back to their depot. No further information other than that. I have no idea if they are going to try to deliver it again or what they are doing. If I wait in again all day today and I receive another email this evening saying that they missed me, I am not going to be a happy man!

Worst service

Worst service. I ordered on an online pharmacy and they chose Amazon shipping as the courier. Amazon then chose SDA as a third party courier. And as of this writing I still haven’t received it. I called both Amazon and sda but they are just passing the fault to each other. No one wants to take the responsibility and I’m left on the middle of this mess. Really terrible

On Sunday the 28/7/24 despite a polite…

On Sunday the 28/7/24 despite a polite notice asking couriour not to leave goods on my doorstep the driver dumped and walked up the garden path. I called him back asking why he didn't wait for me to come to the door, he said 'it is an enclosed porch'. I have medicine deliverd, syringes, needles ect. My porch is open, it gets wet on rainy days, no calling cards are left so kindly explain how the hell customers are suposed to know an item has been left ? ? ? You can complain to amazon but all they do is give you a load of flannel but do nothing to rectify the issue.

Wish I could give negative score

Wish I could give negative score. These clowns have tried to deliver to a business address 6 times now after being told the opening times 7 times. They just turn up anywhere between 16-15 and 20-00 day in day out. I tell the drivers the same thing and nothing changes. I have now cancelled the order with the supplier owing to his choice of courier, you have been warned.

Delivery driver knocked twice at front…

Delivery driver knocked twice at front door. Took approx 5 seconds to do. Then moved on to next door to try and palm my delivery of to my neighbour again who was out.
I am disabled and luckily I just caught him before he was about to take of.
This is not the first time this has happened. They need to get a grip of there courier drivers.
I live at 8 LAVANDER crescent, spennymoor, Co.Durham.

Why did Amazon try doing this

What a absolute pile off unmentionable this turned out to be never got the item but somebody has according to the tracking now I have got to try and sort this or loose my money and the item, this was a next day delivery which somebody got over 5 days later where the item had been who knows because tracking just kept saying sorry for the delay, please please don’t use Amazon to send your items, read the reviews before you have the same experience, thought they could set up and do the same has every one else but they can not obviously not has easy has the thought.

Amazon site after login and entering number ALSO yields "can't find page" message. It DOES generate text and email messages about "somebody logged in..." No fooling, imagine that... Now have to play with messages and still no tracking info??

The Newport office of Amazon logistics…

The Newport office of Amazon logistics must rate as the worst service that trades under the Amazon name. I live less than forty miles from the depot and on three separate occasions they have never delivered the package on time as the tracking service states,On each occasion I've had to go back to the originator to arrange delivery Their tracking information is not fit for purpose In my estimations, this delivery service is lazy, incompetent couldn't care less attitude and are incapable of delivering pacakages

ALL DELIVERIES ARE PROBLEMATIC AND I HAVE TO CANCEL DUE TO THE INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT OF THE DELIVERIES. CLEARLY BRAINS ARE NO WHERE NEAR THE OPERATION AND THE WORD “LOGISTICS” IS A JOKE. They could not navigate a tissue to their own nose. AMAZON LOGISTICS DELIVER TO BUSINESSES AFTER HOURS AND THEN MARK IT “ATTEMPTED DELIVERY”. If the address is marked as a business and the hours are stipulated under the instructions, how is it that this dysfunctional entity CONSISTENTLY SCREWS UP EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY??? Even after an average of 3 follow up calls per order by the customer. Finally the item gets returned and a credit is issued and one pissed off customer deletes their Amazon account!

Atrocious service

Atrocious service. I have for 2 years been trying to order parcels to my new address. They continuously deliver them to a sister address with the same number and street name but a completely different post code. The kindness of that resident has been my saviour. She has delivered the parcels onto me and I have collected from her but the customer service of Amazon has had nothing do with that where she was told to “throw them out” which she felt really bad doing when she knew people had paid for them and were expecting them. They have told me to stop complaining that the parcels haven’t arrived and my only remedy is to talk to a robot who won’t accept more than a limited number of options and if they don’t fit your problem they tell you to try looking around for your parcel. They took a photo of the location which wasn’t my house but there is no option to say that as they say it could be a neighbour. It was a 5 mile drive to the location it was dropped off at but no way of resolving this with Amazon. There is nothing that will make me buy from Amazon logistics again. I use the Amazon website to find independent sellers and then I go direct. The independents provide a better service and the parcels arrive to my actual address. If I want to buy from somewhere similar I use Etsy and Ebay where I’ve never had a problem at all and whose customer services are actually effective.
