OFF SHORE ASIAN SCAMMERS, I've lost more than $20,000.

online book writers, American E-book writers, Prime authors, Amazon Pros all of them are scammers and only pull money from you.

When i asked for my credentials they start making excuses.

Save yourself from them.

I have had the same experience as Melissa below. Started my book journey with them in March, 2022. They changed my contact person from Sarah Adams to Steve Alphonso. I have a contract that says I am supposed to get 50 paperback books. But then I'm told that I was undercharged. Not my problem. I was promised over and over again that I would receive my books on my doorstep by such and such date. Never happened. I have texted and called for the last several months and no word, no answer, no response. Mia books did get published in paperback, kindle, and hardback on Amazon after months of me fighting with them. I needed to have the books on hand because they are to be given to people I run across that have recently gone through grief of some type. I have to order and pay for any book that I give away. Thankfully I was able to "jew" them down in the beginning to only $500 and then paid another $500 for copyrights and ISBN numbers. I am a widow on a small income and feel I have been taken advantage of.

My project started last July (22). Total incompetence all along the way. Could be a scam but after all of the hassles I received part of my book order on 6/5/23. So it might be simply incompetence. Hardbound books look good. But the paperbacks haven't arrived. Got a call from another entity and they say Amazon Pro 360 just went out of business and that they fired my contact person (Steve Alphonso). That might make sense because they don't answer the phone and he (Steve) won't answer his phone. I've initiated a dispute with my credit card company. New entity says he has 375 copies of my book. He will send them to me if I pay for them. All very confusing and disconcerting. STAY AWAY!

Started this book project in approx June of 2022....and nothing but a headache. Editing is a joke. Then when they finally got the book actually printed, none of the illustrations were corresponding with correct text. A nightmare. Worked with a fellow name Steve Alfonso, but am betting thats not a real name anyway. am saddened because he seemed so credible and spiritual that I fell for this scam. Was promised corrected books would arrive 3 weeks ago, which was end of May 2023....and no books, no answered calls, emails, texts...They also use other names other than Amazonpro360 ( which BTW is NOT the real Amazon), so run from these crooks. Shame on them

This is a scam. They have had my book since March 2022. I have paid lots of money to get it done. I have changed account managers 6 times. The last person with a title of senior editor did not know how to handle references. Today is June 12, 2023. I am being ghosted. They took my money and now no one, including my last "editor" will return calls or tell me what is going on. I have no published book and they have a lot of my money. I can't even find out what is going on if they won't talk to me. I have done nothing wrong in this process. I have begged for an explanation or someone to contact me with no response. My book is personal about my dying husband so this is very hurtful. Do not deal with this company.

I will agree 100% with Angel Martinez and others' one Star review of AmazonPro360! I’ve been dealing with this company since Nov 2021 to get my first book published. I’m a very patient man, but they have tried my soul many times! Their “editors” are a joke, and to say they are professional is beyond comprehension! Friends of mine who are English teachers corrected my manuscript before I submitted it to this organization. Each of the seven times it was returned to me for approval, there were so many obvious errors, so much so that I didn’t even recognize chapters from the book I had written! I seriously asked if their editors were real persons, or if they were AI!

Their Marketing is a joke! All of the sales on Amazon have come from my personal interaction with friends and family. Publishing on other platforms such as B&N only occurred when refused to give them any money to produce an audible book on Amazon, B&N and Apple Books.

This is a cautionary tale, and as much as I hate to state the obvious, I was taken by multiple promises with extremely few of them being fulfilled!

I don’t know of a real publisher for first-time writers, but this is not the correct venue for anyone!

You want honesty, I will give you honesty, almost a year and a half of a nightmarish experience with amazon pro 360 and every person I have dealt with on there. They are only good at one thing and that's getting your money. The promises however you will never see come true. If you have dreams and want good work and not get taken and having all your dreams crushed, I suggest you do your research and find a real publishing company. A company that stands by their name, a company that cares about their consumers. Amazon pro 360 will crush your dreams and take your money! Now that is the truth! STAY FAR AWAY FROM AMAZON PRO 360!!!!!

I signed up with AmazonPro360 company in June. For 8 months they were working on the publishing. They switched account managers 7 times! None were skilled, all were trying to sell additional services. When it was FINALLY published, it was wrong! The payment I made exceeded the amount that should have been collected. Now, they owe me money. I doubt I'll get that back!! Do not use them.
They are NOT connected to Amazon other than as a provider to Amazon for sales. Their name is misleading.

I wanted to know why starting on 4/30/18 until 6/21/2018 Amazon took $1463.96 out of my checking account without my knowledge or consent. I have spoken to them once on the phone. I proved they weren't my charges but Amazon would not refund my money. I have the bank statements. I am chronically ill with bone marrow cancer My right leg was amputated. I need the money alot worse than Amazon does. It says alot about their Company.

I really need a response.

I have been working with David Brown, who is an assistant for Amazon's Pro 360 progam, on publishing a book through Amazon/Kindle. He has been helpful and supportive making suggestions and discussing options without being pushy. I enjoy working with David Brown and can reccommend him to anyone looking for a book publisher.
