Avoid. They are trying to sell you basically what you can do yourself. After explaining the book was finished (a kids book), they tried to make it seem like what they offer is proprietary but literally just set the accounts up for you, and take things to their "team" of people to review. I spent two hours on the phone getting long winded answers after I paid for the contract, I am stupid for falling for this. Probably could be useful if you need designers or ghost writers, or dont have time to invest in doing any of the set up yourself, but in the end you still have to go through someone or a few people to tell them what you want instead of them (who you're paying) to give you advice or direction for how things can go. They ended up telling me I'm making things difficult, instead of recognizing how I am asking basic questions while they beat around the bush with every answer. Absolutely infuriating, and if theres any problems or miscommunications it's somehow you're fault, too. Do yourself a favour and avoid.
