I have been doing bitcoin with about 8 years…

I have been doing bitcoin for about over 8 years or different Crypto Exchanges and Apps including some BIG name ones . The level of patience and courtesy I have never experienced before setting up an app or from ANY business- Unlike my BANK that shall remain nameless here. I went down the rabbit hole of Bitcoin 2018 and nothing comes near to this level of service -Im 73 now -Bitcoin is my passion after my family. My eldest son recommended it but I opened the Amber App account FIRST. The ease of doing the KYC is on another level EASY - the app so well layed out - I can assure people the fees are very competitive- the BEST ive had so far anywhere. PREMIUM CUSTOMER SERVICE and FAST. Thank you so much to Shey- the AI responses have been incredible and accurate. Thanks VERY much to all at Amber App. Col.

The app for any trader

As a lazy trader. I usually lock in, save and forget, and over time as things change sometimes I miss out on deals or the market changes, the app updates are logical and practical and it’s so easy to use.
As a customer of Amber from day one, Amber over the years improved its services in a consistent manner behind the scene that it amazes me, up to the point they saved me allot of money by auto moving the money I made into the vault when my phone died and the market dipped around the same time.
The market update notifications are on the money so to speak.
I changed my email and forgot to update it and the online support staff help was seamless, logical and easy timely.
So much security I'm impressed.
The Best in Australia for trading bitcoin for sure. I would Definitely recommend it.👍🏻

Amber app is great so far and customer serice is first class

Amber app is great so far. Very straight forward and intuitive. The customer service from Amber App is first class. They are very professional and get back to you as quick as possible. Still learning the app but its nice to know you can ask them any question and they will get back to you with all the info and help you need. Highly recommend it! Give it a go.

Excellent app

Excellent app, great customer service when needed, gives you all the things you need and nothing you don’t. I’ve had no problems onboarding my friends and family, even the less tech capable.

I've been a passive holder in Amber for…

I've been a passive holder in Amber for many years. Only recently have I begun to withdrawn funds. It's been relatively straightforward and pain free. Any questions or issues were promptly addressed by AJ and later Shrey with care and regular communication and follow up.
The overarching message is it matters little how comprehensive and technical an app might but unless there is adequate back up and user support the appeal diminishes quickly.
It that regard, the Amber team have it licked. Thank you to all. Cheers, Wayne

Trader beware

In October 2025 I was verified to trade and undertook the proof of concept that the Amber App could receive and pay money to and from my bank account. I then traded successfully .
In early March 2026 I undertook three trades and after the third trade the Compliance team required more information which I supplied to them and held my account from further trading.
After two weeks of communicating through the Support Team and receiving no information from the Compliance Team I finally received a reply from the Compliance Team, they will no longer be able to offer their services.
Quote
“And Please note that we are unable to release your funds directly. If you have an outstanding balance funded via bank transfer, you may request a recall of those funds through your bank”.
“Due to our legal and regulatory obligations under Australian law, including AML/CTF requirements, we are unable to provide additional details or discuss this matter”.
I returned via an email to the Support Team please sell all my Bitcoin and return it to my bank account. I also contacted my bank to recall the money transactions, which the bank duly did.
By the end of March 2026 I still had not received my money and after almost daily emails to the Support Team who was trying to get a response from the Compliance Team as to when the money was going to be paid.

At the start of April 2026 nearly a month after trading I received feedbank from The Compliance Team via the Support Team
We have encountered an error with the payment processing application used for settling transactions with our bank, and we are still awaiting their response. This is causing the delay.

A week later no money and the Support Team notified m that
Our compliance team has followed up with the payment processor for settling the transaction to your bank account, and they are yet to receive the resolution for it.
9 April followed up again what is the problem as my bank has supplied all the information required.
13 April followed up and Support replied but no solution.
15 April Support team provided an update. Our compliance team is still awaiting instructions from the payment processor on how to complete the recall of your funds to your bank account.
The middle of pril I received my initial deposits but not the balance of my account.

I have also sent to the Compliance team via the Support Team a copy of my email from the middle of March telling them to sell all my Bitcoin and refund my balance.

Start of May which is two months later and I am still waiting for the balance of my account to be paid.

Lessons learnt from Trading experience
1.Traders beware.
2. In a service industry the customer is always right.
3. The Support Team was extremely helpful.
4. The Compliance team needs to talk to people and not hide behind the AML mask.
5. The Compliance team needs to be truthful as to why they cannot make a payment because if a payment system was down for all those days they would be working around the clock to fix it and also all of your traders would be screaming out to you to get their money out as well.
6. In my view the company has either stolen the balance of my account or scammed me.
7. Would I recommend Amber App to my friends NO!

I'm many years trading on and off with Amber,still a good app to deal with,the support is always good,I never had a huge problem with Amber.I've got to say that sometime the buying and selling price of bitcoin is not matching accordingly like in other apps.Otherwise all good....

It's mostly the scammers, that we do not allow to transact, and may have funds stuck with us, as they were flagged by our system.

So yeah, scammers - stay away, but if you are a legit stacker, we are the best!!

Its over 2 months now that my account…

Its over 2 months now that my account have been limited,no one replies to my email anymore ,please let me withdraw my 600$ to my bank account or you can do it for me,i have submitted all necessary documents you ask me and prove of where funds came from, please give me my funds.
