We had a really old boiler which decided to pack in leaving me with no hot water or heating. Amble Gas Services attended promptly. It was decided that a new boiler was the way forward. Quoted then fitted within a week. Great service thank you

Amble Gas Services fitted a new boiler and mains pressure hot water system in our house. The service was excellent. The team of three worked to schedule, always left the site tidy and completed the job to a high standard. Matty is a problem solver and found the best solution for our heating and hot water needs and made sure the job was completed to the best standard. I highly recommend Amble Gas Services.

Excellent service. The work was to a high standard and they cleaned up afterwards. Only high quality products were used to future proof the installation and the team were able to fit the work around our schedule. Matty gave lots of good advice and we had confidence that he knew what he was talking about especially about gas regulations. He takes a lot of pride in his work and was not the cheapest plumber we spoke to but the quality of the work and reliability was worth paying a bit extra for. Thanks Matty

An excellent professional job. No complaints whatsoever.

I emailed Worcester Bosch on Good Friday to request a quotation (from an accredited installer) to replace our boiler which had been "written off" on the previous day. As it was the Easter weekend I didn't expect to receive a reply until the following week. Within 10 minutes of pressing the "send" button I received a phone call from Matty. He came round that afternoon and I received his quotation by Email at 10 o'clock on Good Friday evening.
Matty ordered the new boiler on the Tuesday. It was delivered on the Friday and installed on the Saturday. The team arrived at 8.00am and worked hard all day. They were all friendly, polite, very professional and left the place as clean as they found it. There were a couple of minor items that they didn't have time to complete on the Saturday. Matty's Dad came round a couple of days later and completed those.
I don't recall ever having received better service from any business in the last 50 years. Absolutely Superb !
