Maintenance

Arrived and given " free upgrade " nice, only to find that there is no working tv in the hotel. It's advertised as having tv.
Went to reception, told " will be there in a minute". After half an hour waiting, went back, told the " there is no tv, they are doing maintenance " then they turned their back to me and served someone else. When I lay for facilities, I expect to receive those facilities. And there is jonexcuse for rudeness. Sitting here at 7pm with nothing to do, it's going to be a long night. Dreadful service.
