The dress was everything. The communication was very professional and fast. It was ready to ship dressed, and I got it just in time for the masquerade ball.

The Dress was everything I imaged it to be. It fit perfectly and made me look and feel amazing while celebrating my 50th birthday party. I would definitely refer Amekana to my family and friends.

Refund policy is trash people should be able to receive their hard earned money back not store credit it does not make any sense

I purchased a bodysuit for my birthday and it looked amazing. I was initially skeptical but it came out well. It did have a little shedding & I wished it fit a little more snug but at least it wasn’t too tight. Arrived on time because I ordered from the “ready to ship” section.

The customer service is amazing & responsive. I was nervous because I ordered the dress on another website & the experience was terrible. Amekana literally saved my photoshoot 😂 make sure the item you are purchasing is READY TO SHIP, my dress came within 3 days after it was shipped and the quality was great, dress was beautiful, will definitely order again. They have very good communication, when I had a question they were quick to respond and find a solution. The dress is beautiful and looks exactly like the picture will definitely be buying from this company again.

I'm so late doing this review but OMG! I purchased the floral print dress from Amekana as my birthday dress while vacationing in Miami and my dress was absolutely stunning!!! I loved it so beautiful and made with such amazing quality! I wish I could give 10 ⭐️. I know that dress is a one time wearer but I sure hope some kind of event presents so I can wear it again!

I ordered a dress for my birthday, and while Google indicated I would receive it in a few days, the confirmation stated it wouldn’t arrive for about a month. I immediately contacted the company to cancel my order, but I was informed that cancellation was not possible as the dress had already entered production, despite my reaching out the same day. They offered me a different dress that was ready to ship, which I accepted.

Unfortunately, when I received this second dress, the quality was very poor. Rhinestones were falling off, and I couldn’t even try it on because the glue used for the rhinestones jammed the zipper. After providing photos of the issue, they offered an exchange. I returned the dress for yet another one, only to receive a final dress that looked like it was made by a child. It consisted of rhinestones glued onto mesh material with feathers haphazardly added.

While some customers may have better experiences, I would caution others against ordering from this company. The prices are high, and the lack of a refund policy is concerning.

I ordered my dress 3 weeks ago and still have not received my order. They told me because it’s not a “ready to ship” item I have to wait 30 days for it to be shipped. How was I suppose to know that, scammers!!! I tried to cancel and they refuse to comply. I have to dispute it through my bank. I will never order for this scamming place again!

It was unclear!!! I should not have to go on a scavenger hunt for things like this. Especially when the order stated that it will ship in 3-5 business days.

Worst company ever they are scammers and they don’t have most items that they advertise I just had to dispute their purchase with my bank because they refused to cancel my order after I was supposed to get it shipped within 2 days they claim they have to make the item so I won’t get it until one month and they refuse to give me my money or cancel the order . But thank God I have a good bank so I got my money ….but don’t do business with these scammers I will also be leaving a review on the bbb website …also they are lying that I did not pick a ready to ship item it was in the ready to ship tab this company is a scam don’t order from them they show items online that they don’t have

Pls stay away from this Amekana Boutique. They sent a wrong and smaller size than I ordered knowing fully well that it will cost u money to send it back. On top of that they will charge u to restock it. Overpriced dress with low quality. Not to mention that it takes forever to receive ur order.

I do not recommend this company and would not recommend this company! Upon trying to order my daughter a prom dress the customer service rep and myself went back and forth via text about the order until I asked her a very important question which was, “would the dress come over night if I paid extra?” Well, the rep knew that it wouldn’t but didn’t answer that question via email letting me assume the dress would come next day as she mentioned if the dress was ordered that Thursday it would arrive Friday. So we ordered due to the conversation before paying the additional $55 over night fee a second time on an already $500+ dress. After a lengthy conversation via email, I was told I would get a return back in its original form once the dress was received in its original form. Well I never opened the box and took a video receiving the box and sending it back which was also attached to an email. Amekana got the unopened merchandise/dress and have not returned emails. Their instagram rep says she can’t do anything but relay messages. I have screenshots of it all including emails stating it all. This was and has been a headache with dealing with this company but litigation here we come. Telling me anything just to get a sale and dress back is unacceptable and unprofessional.
