I also was scammed by the picture of the artist, trying to help someone out. "Homemade". When the items arrived, they did look like they came from a gumball machine. On one of the pair of earrings the metal hanger didn't even fit over the stone. Then one of the pair looked like some kid painted them instead of real rock. SCAM SCAM SCAM. BBB I hope they shut down this site and their other

Don’t be fooled like I was. This is some scam company in china that sends jewelry that looks nothing like the image and then they charge you to return it.

Oh I should have known better. The absolute worst. Took months to get to me and once it did, the quality looks like something a kindergartener made for their mom on mother's day. The quality is honestly laughable.

I hate that I had to even give them one star! What a piece of crap I received when the item was so pretty online. They want me to pay to return, seriously! I even sent them a picture of "what I ordered" and "what I got" but they still expect me to pay to return it.

Bought a ring and all the gold came off. I was told if it came off in 14 days I could have returned it, so no refund . Terrible customer service. I would never buy anything from this company.

I ordered 2 items just before Xmas and I'm still waiting they said they have sent it. I have emailed them numerous of times the they said they wanted proof of purchase which I sent still waiting. I wouldn't bother with them got to be a scam

Agree with everyone else--just a scam. And the "free returns" advertising is BS. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card now. I'll probably report them to the BBB, FTC, and/or Hong Kong's Consumer Council too. Don't waste your time or money. I'm embarrassed that I did.

P.S. Look closely at the photos of all the jewelry and "Amelia" herself--they're AI. Count her knuckles ahahaha

I would give them a zero if I could. This company is fraudulent in every aspect. Sent me something that doesn’t even resemble the pictured item and I have to pay to return it to China to get a refund!! They should be banned from doing business in this country!
Don’t Waste Your Money

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Such a scam. The photos of the artist are AI and not legit. All of the jewelry I bought and received was complete garbage. Temu like quality posed as a handmade jewelry from an old white lady “closing down her shop.” The quality of the jewelry is equivalent to something out of a quarter machine. Multiple pieces of jewelry arrived broken and unusable with jagged metal edges. AWFUL.

I honestly wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating. Order jewelry from them and totally junk. The photos look 100 times better than the actual product that was received.
Please DO NOT order from them! You will be wasting your money.

I wish I could less than 1 star. Ordered 2 rings. never got them and they wouldn't refund me my money. They said they tried to deliver my package (Once) and that i wasn't at home when i was home all day not even leaving my apartment. Then they said I gave them the wrong address, but the order had the correct address. Then they said they would only refund me half of what I spent or a credit for the full amount, but would not try to send the order a second time. Called my credit card and disputed the order. After 3 months got my money back from the scammers

They advertise as US based company but they need to explain that jewelry comes from China. Enamel dragon ring is very nice but rose gold ring looks so cheap. Stone isn't right color and band is thicker than shown. They kept pushing delivery date back. I'm glad I finally got the order, was worried of scam.

Shocked when I opened the package...it was horrible! It was cheap plastic glued to cheap metal! The process of returning/ refund requires you ship registered mail back to China, which costs over $40 for a small bubble envelope. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The woman in the ad has six fingers. Amelia doesn't actually exist. It's disturbing.

SCAM, SCAM,SCAM. It is not beautiful jewellery its cheap crap from China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have offered me 20% refund as too costly to send back. It's disgusting!

My boyfriend got me a ring from here. Could instantly tell he was duped. The stone was fake and could be easily "popped off" the ring. The metal was not listed on the website but it was clearly just silver paint. Do not buy from here!!!! I honestly feel sorry for him because there's no way he'd have known.

Beware of AmeliaJewelryCo.com—it’s a SCAM! This company is based in Hong Kong, and my experience with them was absolutely dreadful. Their "unique jewels" are completely misleading, and I received substandard items that didn’t match the descriptions or images. Efforts to resolve the issue were ignored, and I never got my money back.

Please avoid this company and share this warning with others to prevent them from falling victim to their deceptive practices. Protect yourself and your hard-earned money by shopping with trustworthy businesses instead!

This company is a total scam. Their website is very deceiving. The company is located in Hong Kong, but it does not indicate it on their website. It gives the impression that the company is in the United States. There is no phone number to contact them only an email address.Do not buy from this company at all. They will not refund you or mail you your order. There are over 100 bad reviews on this company. I pray they get caught and shut down And get hit with legal fees for their deceptive practices.

I received the wrong item and when I asked for the item I ordered to be sent to me they said all they could do was REFUND 25% or I could pay to ship the wrong item BACK TO CHINA FOR A FULL REFUND!!!
I'm still waiting on another order I placed that has yet to arrive!!
