Before signing up with Amenitiz, ask yourself why they choose to tie you in for a year and then only after that year has finished, can you give notice, of which they then make you give 3 months!!! Why? So that they can fleece another three months worth of money out of you for a product that is at best, terrible! We gave up using it after around two months so the biggest waste of money for us ever. It just made eveything we do so much more complicated. It's basic, clunky, and not fit for our particular purpose (Managing 2 holiday lets). Awful experience. I will never sign up for something that seeks to tie you in for so long. Not many do it these days. Those that do should be avoided at all costs!

Amenatiz change everything as was very canfused how to get more bookings and pricing which may competitive with others and not getting double bookings. I am always recommending to customers those are running Airbnb.

Amenitiz made it very easy to set up my website with booking engine. The staff are amazing and so helpful. The support was great and the after care equally as good.
However, what I am learning now, is that they just use templates and the requests I have done since the website has been set up, have been flatly refused. For example, my calendar isn't very clear, it is all in grey, and my potential guests are messaging saying that I am booked up, because its very unclear. I have asked Amenitiz to colour code my calendar to make it clearer, the answer was NO, thats not possible.
My Contact Me form has been targetted by BOTS and the only solution offered is to take my Contact Me form down for a few days, to break the cycle. That's not really portraying a good company image. So I am still targeted by BOTS on email and Whatsapp. I am aware they should look at the Recaptcha score and make it higher to stop the BOTS, but they say its a generic platform they use and can't help me.
So, albeit, the service is outstanding, I am now finding out after 6 months, the functionality and help with technical things are very poor. To change the calendar colour is a simple code change, but they cant do it because they are using template from another company.

Quick response to my online chat query. Sending video clips of what I need to do, was really useful too.

I didn't expect a reply on the chat on a sunday so was happily surprised

I have been using Amenitiz for 4 months for our 3 vacation rental properties and am really happy with it. Every member of staff I have been in contact with have been very helpful, from initial contact through website design to onboarding, the service has been great. As I start to use the system I have been in touch with the help desk a few times and had my issues sorted quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending Amenitiz.

Marta helped me today, she was knowledgeable and very efficient. Unlike these other support/chat features there was also practically no wait time, 5*

Support is always swift! Instructions on DIY troubleshooting is straightforward and simple to execute. Thus, resolving on my own, without a heck.

We have been using Amenitiz for over a year and wish to express that the software functions correctly. We have encountered no problems thus far, and the most impressive aspect is the customer service, which has significantly improved since we began using the software. Thanks to the customer care team, we can resolve any issue in a day. I highly recommend this software.

Think Twice - Not a fan
The only positive thing i can highlight from this engagement is that Amenitiz have very good staff, they however don't have a product to match. The product itself in my experience is very basic and anyone serious about vacation rentals and automation should stay clear of this product. I only started using the product in December and actively since the new year. Over 80% of the sales pitch has been found to be inaccurate especially compared to other products used before. Its one thing for a feature to exist and another for the feature to be useful or useable. The automation in my opinion is useless. The product lacks flexibility and is not robust enough for any serious owner. I am having to do more manual task than I did using any other product in the past. Housekeeping feature is almost as good as using a spreadsheet. Price Advisor is absolutely useless and if you are moving to this platform because of it, think twice. The website is good and clean but the template used is very limited and the training is not what i had expected from the web developer. Response from the web development. And yes they seem to make a lot of mistakes invoicing hoping you wont spot it too. I have found support to be responsive and patient but if the product is limited, not much support can do.Overall i am disappointed i moved over to this platform but intend to see it through as i have invested so much time already. Unless something drastic changes, i wont be using the product in coming year. If a vendor will not provide you with 7-14days trial period stay clear away from them is my experience on this occasion.

Great customer service, fantastic booking management system for hosts with intergrated website whihc i am really happy with. Would recommend to anyone!

It's way too complicated. Built with big hotels in mind. Definitely not recommended for small businesses.
They give you a little training on how to use it but then you're completely on your own.

Amenitiz support is quick and easy to use. The people behind it are understanding and very patient.
