Amenitiz is highly recommendable. Easy to use platform with all the productivity tools you need. You almost don't need help navigating the platform. I SOOO LOVE THE WEBSITE LAYOUT & COLORS they created! Customer Support response is also fast during working days :)

The system did not retrieve a booking from Booking.com. The order applies tomorrow and was made 11 days ago. I discovered it by accident. Customer service was very helpful and loaded the order into the system so that it is now visible in the order calendar.
We depend on the calendar being updated at all times as this is the system we rely on to be up to date on bookings and which guests are arriving and which are leaving. It is a little worrying that such errors can occur, but I hope and believe that this was a one time glitch
We had to contact the support team for a récent tech Problem and, as always, the Problem was identified, explained and sorted out pretty quickly.
The channel manager offers quick assistance and is easy to use. The phone app is a plus

Amenitiz is to my experience the best management channel. Since joining Amenitiz our sales have increased almost by 60%. I like their platform because it’s easy to navigate and it’s user friendly. Their platform is the best when it comes to promoting direct sales they have integrated tools that helps you to achieve good results
I've been using this channel manager for over a year, and it has been working very well. It is easy to use, and the customer service is always responsive.
The system itself is not bad, I find the problem solving still slow and to be honest I would expect from a channel manager and its assistance to let me spend less time to sort out a few things.
Until now the system is pretty stable so no major problem on the day by day routine.
During initial onboarding process they are very helpful and contactable....but that all stops once you're up and running.
It works OK, but lots of poor design features....simple things like pulling reports in Excel but all the numbers are formatted as "general" so can't be used for calculations.
No out of hours support (weekends or evenings) and appalling response times.
And then 3 months in, a very worrying issue....with a direct booking Amenitiz Pay were meant to take a final payment of £60 from a guest....but tried taking £180,200 (over £180 thousand!). Obviously the payment declined, but days later and still getting no answers.
Wish we had gone elsewhere instead of Amenitiz
