I was real impressed with Eddy E. He was polite and explained how the cars get positioned on the trailer and gave a pretty damn good expected date and time for the delivery. I would recommend with 100% satisfaction. I will only ship knowing he his the carrier. My car was picked up in Fl and shipped to WV.

DO NOT, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AS I PAID FOR A SERVICE FOR 2 CARS. I PREPAID FOR THE SERVICE. THE DAY BEFORE I WAS MET WITH A RUDE AGENT CALLING ME AND DEMANDING I CONFIRM THE PICK UP FOR A NEWLY QUOTED PRICE OF $1400. AFTER A SHOUTING MATCH AND GOING BACK AND FORTH I DECLINED THE SERIVCE AND HE GAVE ME HALF MY DEPOSIT AND I WENT WITH A LOCAL COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT IS BIG WITH ME AND ULTIMATELY WHERE I LIKE TO SPEND MY MONEY. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE DEALING WITH A COMPANY AS SUCH.

Come May 11th Ameri auto transport llc Tell me they didn't have a driver that could do it for $420 But found another driver that would do it for a thousand. This company is very shady.I will not do business with them ever again beware. Big liars too.

Absoutely terrible. Would NEVER recommend. After GUARANTEEING the price would not change it went up over 1 grand. Then promising to pickup saturday after I constantly made sure that saturday would guarantee pickup because we were leaving town sunday. They told me best they can do is monday. This whole company is a scam.

My wife and I have been getting ready for a big move and needed to get our two cars transported and this company has delivered so much professionalism it made everything easy. Jimmy Brown was so amazing and so helpful no matter the changes the wife and I had to make on our pick up he did everything without question and was so polite. He was the definition of professional. If I ever need to transport again I will be using this company again thanks to Jimmy. Thank you Jimmy for all your help you are awesome. You help me and my wife through this process and took the stress away from us.

If there was a way to put no stars I would. Well this all started when I was trying to help my son find a transportation place to transport his vehicle to him because he's military. I decided to go with them which was a very bad decision. The car was supposed to leave April 30th in the morning. I get a call that morning and saying that they want double the money. I got to run around with a whole bunch of different numbers trying to figure out what was going on because we already had a contract signed. I told him just to give me my deposit back that I was done by the time it was like 2:00 p.m. They said that they would be there within 2 to 3 hours. 20 minutes later they call me. They said they'd be there within 30 minutes. I hit the road to go meet them because it was 30 minute drive to where I had to leave the car 20 minutes in. They said they're there waiting April 30th around 4:00 p.m. I leave the car. They put the car on the flatbed they call me about 40 minutes later saying the car won't start. I told him there's two keys, one for the door and one for the ignition. Try it. Never heard back from him. 2 days later they call me again saying the car won't start. Between dispatch and the driver with the driver accusing me of doing something to the car or knowing what was wrong with it, I told them I have a full print out from a mechanic. The mechanic just checked it out the day before it left. There's no trick. There's nothing to it as long as you have the right key. I told them I would be happily to come over to where the car is. It's about an hour and a half drive from me. They said okay. Come over and see if there's something especially you have to do. I drove an hour and a half to the car where they had it stored in a tow yard. I called the people they didn't answer. Hi texted him. They asked who I was. I told them I was there for the car he said okay we'll be there in 20 minutes. Three guys show up. Not friendly. No hello. No nothing. They go over to the car. Hand me the keys. I try to start it. Nothing it cranks but won't start. I called my mechanic. Had them on speakerphone so he could hear he's like. That's strange. There's nothing wrong with that car I said I know. So I start looking around at the fuses see if somebody pulled the fuse, see if somebody pulled the wire or something. I looked down and the coil wire to the alternator. Somebody had unplugged it and tried to hide it. Plugged it back in car. Started up. No problem guys looking at me like oh I wonder how that happened. I was like I don't know. Must have just came loose right! Well I leave in a few days go by. I haven't heard from them. I'm asking them when the car is going to be dropped off because it left on the 30th over to their yard and it was supposed to be delivered on the 5th. By the contract they said oh maybe the 14th or the 15th of May. I was like that's a long time but okay today is the 18th. It just got dropped off this this evening and they asked for more money again. Everything was fine on the car but yet again they raised the price. This company has way too many people trying to scam people and trying to say that my car was in Florida too when it was hour and a half away. So if you do decide to go with this company and you want to be scammed, make sure you have some kind of tracking device in your car so you don't get more scammed by them. Calling you and saying that your car is in Florida and somebody needs to come pick it up and then they hang up on you and then nobody answers when you try to call them back. Zero Stars. Worst transportation company ever.

Kevin is awesome, he helped me get my car transported at a good rate. When original assigned driver delayed picking up my vehicle, he assigned a different driver. He is very professional and customer friendly, from the moment of getting on the first call with me till the car arrived safely. Great job Kevin! Terrible company. We are a vehicle transport company and had a contract with Ameri Auto Transport LLC to transport a vehicle from Texas to Minnesota. We agreed on a payment of $700, but we only received a portion of the payment upon delivery. Every day they say they will send the rest via Zelle the next day, but they never do. A terrible experience with this company. I think they are scamming us and will never pay the remaining money. We fulfilled our part of the contract.
