I had an outstanding experience working with Jesse at America First Healthcare. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, professional, and understanding. I asked him to call me back multiple times because my schedule was hectic, and not once did he make me feel pressured or rushed. Instead, he continued to work with me at my pace and was always courteous and respectful.
When we finally had the opportunity to sit down and go over everything, Jesse took the time to explain all of our options in a way that was easy to understand. He listened to my family’s needs, answered every question honestly, and ultimately helped us find a plan that fit our family perfectly.

Bait and switch
Bait and switch. Quoted one price... then it continued to increase regardless of the initial quote and variables that should have taken the premium down. Further, I was quoted a policy that included Dental and Vision only to learn after several inquiries, when I did not see Vision in my policy, as to why it was NOT included. No apologies, and no information as to why. I have now been charged for a dental policy without vision and need to source vision elsewhere. I canceled the rest of the offer because it went from in the $700s to over $1000 without reason or clarity. Just that the quotes can change minute by minute. Don't trust them. They hang their hat on "conservative" stature but it's just marketing.
