I paid $20 for $40 sc. They didn't credit me. I had to take screenshots and email them over and over again and i ended up asking for my $20 to be refunded. FINALLY they gave me my $20 BACK. At that point, i didn't want to deal with them at all. I would have given them one star if they didnt refund me- but since they did, i gave them 2. I dont remember exactly what date, but it was about 2 or 3 months ago. The date below is an estimate.
No response from customer service but I’m still giving a chance I will update review once I get cashed out or a response other than that I don’t like that balance stays in view after redemption request. It makes it hard to tell if redemption had been submitted correctly. I will update soon 😉
So I've been waiting to redeem 100.00 for a few days now can't get anyone to respond from customer service or email however I just checked my account and they cashed me out so it took about 3 to 4 business days and I put in 3 or 4 redemption requests.... 3 stars due to poor customer service...
So far so good, I have nothing bad to say about the site. The games are good & easy to make a deposit. I'm waiting on my first redemption. I will update to see how long it takes.
Update: I send a request on Friday and got my money on Tuesday.
EDIT: Originally my review was extremely negative because it was difficult to tell if this site actually paid redeems, and their support was unreachable. I said I would update if they paid, and they have.
I'm only updating my review to 3 stars. Paying is the absolute bare minimum, and no contact whatsoever from support (I followed up 4-5 times) is unacceptable. On top of that, the site makes it really difficult to tell whether transactions have been processed successfully. Overall, proceed with care.
Their return to player is very low on all games. I did not enjoy playing on their site.
