American Alarm is AMAZING!!
The company is extremely friendly and caring. They will come out to you and do a consultation to determine exactly what you need (no cookie cutter stuff like other alarm companies). They offer everything you could imagine, including special hardwired cameras that you can monitor using their app. And trust me, they use all the cutting edge alarm system technology; no shortcuts or outdated technology.
I was already familiar with American Alarm because the bank I used to work for used them and they were always AMAZING! Anything you need, just call them and they will take care of you.
American Alarm touts a 20 second alarm response; however, I know that 20 seconds is the rare exception; they really do respond instantaneously. I think it's more like 5 to 10 seconds.
I honestly do swear by American Alarm. My family and I sometimes have to go on long trips and it pays not to be constantly worried about our home. I used to feel very uncomfortable leaving my home wide open when we weren't there; but now I don't have to worry at all.

American Alarm has been great for our facility all these years. They call regualrly to remind us of upcoming inspections. As of the last year the admins have been extreamly patient with our corp's migration to a new work order platform which has been challenging at times. I am grateful we are able to continue our vendor relationship with them.

We are very glad we chose American Alarm for our smoke alarm WiFi system. From the initial consult, explanation of the entire system and 24/7 monitoring and installation was an absolute great experience. I was contacted by Rochelle by email regarding my experience with my visit from the technician
NO RESPONSE to my negative issues with the problems I have been having since my cameras have been installed about 5 years ago. The techician communicated with the camera manufacturer during his visit, when he left all cameras were working???? then one (front camera) stopped doing live shots. ROCHELLE decided to not respond to my response and again I am left with paying for cameras that do not do what they are suppose to do,,,,,,,
