American Carship, Inc contacted me to ship my car on June 6, 2024 from NY to FL. I recorded Marina Rose, who told me the total price would be $675 with a $150 down payment and when the driver delivers the car i would pay him $525 in cash. so I agreed I asked her several time if this was the final price and even repeated what she said to make sure the price would be the same. the entire time Marina Rose said yes that's the price and I would only have to pay the remaining $525 after my car was delivered in Florida. Now the day before my vehicle is suppose to get picked up Marina Rose called me to let me know that the driver is going to pick my car up when I asked her what time she transferred my call to Michael who then said the price is now $1345. at no point in time was I told that the original price was not set and the price can change. American Car ship is a scam company that did a bait and switch. which they could have just told the truth upfront and said the range of the price instead of saying pay the $150 down payment to lock in the date, time and price.

I shipped my vehicle in March. Jacob B. was my representative and he provided outstanding service. My vehicle was shipped in a timely and careful manner. I highly recommend American Carship if you need to ship your vehicle.

Would have given them 5 Stars! However they did increased my quote by $150. Also they changed my pick-up date several times. They did offer good communication. Which was much appreciated. The pick-up company did exactly as they said they would! Highly recommend! 😀

Elisa did a wonderful job helping me coordinate the relocation of two vehicles. There were numerous phone calls and a lot of back and forth. Elisa remained kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She is very professional and attentive to all needs. Your company is very fortunate to have her as a part of the team. We will certainly use you again if need be because of her.

They are total scammers, don't hire them, They (Jacob Bruce) signed an agreement with me and the day before of the pick up, they called to ask me for double the money. Jacob Bruce, a total scammer, tried to manipulate me to pay more. Horrible experience.

I just recently had American CarShip send five of my classic cars up to North Georgia from South Florida. I was working with another company that I had a contract with for a month that the day of shipping they could not fulfill the contract at the last minute I called Matthew he had been contacting me, trying to get my business when I called him the day after the cars were supposed to be shipped by his competitor. He had a truck at my house within four hours and had my cars loaded and on their way I highly recommend working with Matthew and American CarShip

I would defitely do business with them. Mr, Blake Milo was very attentative and the deiver was profesional as well.

I received my car in the condition the driver picked it up. The driver he booked was great as well as he maintained contact throughout and arrived on schedule.

Lucas Peterson was great. He made this a very easy transaction and fought for the best price with a driver. Lucas and the driver maintained communication throughout the entire process. Lucas called to remind me of the driver pickup time. He called the day of pickup to ensure my car was picked up and he called the day before delivery to inform me what time the driver would arrive with my car as well as on the delivery day to confirm I received my car in the condition the driver picked it up. The driver he booked was great as well as he maintained contact throughout and arrived on schedule.

Worst experience ever!
The agent hooked me up with a $500 quote and then on the day of the pickup I get blackmailed to pay $900 instead...they say there is nobody available for $500...scammers!

Plus, they provide the wrong address for the drop off and the driver asks me extra $100 to drop the car at the proper address...

I asked several times a refund for this damage, but the company refuses it and start blaming anything else but them...

After a disastrous time with another shipper, I called American carship, spoke to Matthew Brown, he expedited my shipment, had my car picked up next day. kudos

This company contacted me about shipping my car. They gave me an estimate of $799 including the $100 1st payment and the balance be paid to the provider. i asked Chris/Mgr if this price was firm and would not change and he said "yes". I was contacted today 3/4 and advised that my car could not be picked up due to unavailability of drivers and drivers schedules could they come tomorrow, I said yes. brian went on to advise that the price is now $1499. I tell him no I don't have that to spend and I was told that the price would not change by chris. Bryan tells me that he "doubts chris told me that", made me very upset because I have no reason to lie. So I tell him I am cancelling since you don't have a driver nor scheduled me and you have not given full disclosure and you are trying to strong arm me into using your company by implying I will/may have fees for canceling. You cancelled this morning 3/4 when you text and called me with no driver for today's pickup date and double the pricing. I can't put all of the other specifics due to limited character spaces, but if I could give them a zero that's what it would be. They take $ from people and give false information (double the price) and their customer service is unprofessional and its hard to even understand them because of their language barrier. I told Bryan that I want my $100 refunded because they did not provide the service they said and I choose not to deal with companies that deal treacherously with consumers. My advice to ALL do NOT consider this company for any shipping needs.... you will be sorry!
