I called to discuss what I wanted in a still and in our conversation Jon mentioned that he had exactly the setup I wanted, already built, but it had a slight dent in the boiler wall. He offered it a... See more

Ordered a you sloder kit
Ordered a you sloder kit. One of the pieces was a little bit off so I contacted the owner. Even though he was out of town on business, he took the time to help me when I needed it. I was offered a replacemt part with expedited shipping, or a refund per the money back guarantee. Quality service and product, I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a very high quality still at a suprisingly affordable price.

The craftsmanship is pretty good
The craftsmanship is pretty good. and thought the packaging was fine. very impressed with this still. I grew up in the Appalachians and this is the little still that could. The owner was really nice to me when he realized that I was a combat vet and offered me an extended discount. I've referred a lot of customers to him ever since and their have been no complaints.
