Extremely rude customer service.
I placed an order and paid extra for two-day shipping, yet it is taking much longer than expected. When I called customer service to inquire about the delay, the representative was not only rude but also extremely unhelpful. I was simply trying to ask a question, but I was treated poorly from the outset. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Kim Sasser was the representative I dealt with, and I expect better from your company.

Poor customer service, cheated me on shipping
I ordered a Covid test and paid $20 extra for 2-day shipping. They shipped UPS ground, which will take 10 days. No apology, just told me to ship it back (at my expense!) and I would get a refund when they have it back. Beware, POOR customer service!
