First time ordering. And it was a pleasant experience. I bought quite a few items for my partners birthday, unknowingly I’d selected the wrong delivery which meant it wouldn’t arrive on time.
So I messaged them directly and within an hour my order had been dispatched and they got it here on time. Amazing products and amazing customer service!

Perfect company really good customer service, I’m half Canadian so I love to get American/Canadian foods. Would buy from them again and again 5* company X

Items are good and in-date - but it's worth being aware that many of them are American brands but NOT the actual product available in the USA

For example, both the Cheetos and the Oreo brownies I received are the versions distributed in Europe by Mondelez. They're certainly American brands + concepts but these aren't actually the American versions of these products

I ordered some of the sweet treats that we loved in Florida. The items were delivered quickly, there’s an amazing range of products at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend

Huge selection of import goods available and very good prices. I have used them multiple times and the packaging is always very secure. Each of my orders took a couple of weeks to progress through the warehouse, but worth the wait when it arrived.

I have ordered from American Fizz several times over the last 3-4 years. Always prompt delivery, excellent customer service communication, items always carefully and well packaged for shipping. I will definitely continue to use them.

We spend a lot of time in USA. Over the last year we have become more reliant on American Fizz for our supply’s.
They have a massive selection and never have failed to let us down with what we have ordered. If something goes out of stock they always phone or email to ask about alternatives. Thankyou for keeping are sanity through covid and not getting home for the last two years.

Absolutely love American fizz, it’s the only site I have ordered American goods from for years and they always have such a good yet different variety and are on top of replenishing stock. Also the items are always wrapped safely such as drinks for shipping which is a plus!

This is the only website that I buy american food/snacks from. They always have a wide range of food and even new products that just came out in America. The prices are always a decent price, delivery is always on time and all my items have always been securely packaged.

I ordered a £15 bag of reeses for valentine’s day as a gift it came and inside the damaged box the bag was torn open all down the side and it had spilled all over the box. I tried to contact customer service which told me to send them photos of it which i did. They then took days to respond so I had to write them another email in which they responded basically implying I had lied and that they are confused as to how my order came like that as there was only one other item in the box and that they double check items so it wasn’t like that when they sent it and as the reece’s are individually wrapped there’s nothing else they can do. Id understand if it was just a small bag of sweets or it was for me but the fact it cost so much and is a gift which i no longer want to give as its in a terrible state, they really coveted offered me at least something but no. will NOT be ordering again

I’ve been shopping here since i was 14... I’m now 18 and purchase regularly every pay day. Could not recommend more, have always been over the moon with my products and service. Delivery is a bit hit and miss, but overall I love them !

Worst American food website I’ve ever tried. I just wait 3 month for my 70€ order for them to reimburse me without warning me. A large waste of time and a shame never seen such a great lack of professionalism.

Very good customer service. Had two orders over a week that were never dispatched, decided to email them wondering what’s going on. They replied a day later telling me what was the problem and were very open and kind. They offered me to wait or to get a refund and i asked for a refund which was given to me in no time. I read alot of bad reviews of customer service but i have been using this site for quite a while now and have had nothing but great experiences. I will continue to order from American Fizz as they have the best products from the US for a fair price. I miss home and they bring me joy from back home and i appreciate every one of them working at American Fizz.

Ordered for the first time recently, was sceptical about it but I am really happy I did as everything was great. Prices are very good and the delivery was fast and all the items tasted amazing. All products were packaged properly so nothing would damage the goods. Will be using Americanfizz a lot more now and will be recommending them to others!

I have shopped with this company for years! from when it was quite a small business to now with thousands of products and stocking other businesses. It can be frustrating that orders don`t get shipped as fast anymore but lead times are clearly stated. The prices are the best I have found for imported goods too. I usually order every month and on rare occasions I have a problem it is never any issue to sort it out fast.

Customer service absolutely appalling. Placed order well in time for Christmas delivery. Chased when order did not arrive on the date , 5 days only after point of order as stated on their website site when ordered, only to receive an email stating it will now be delivered after Christmas. Requested refund no response and no phone line pick up. Now having credited card company reclaim monies back . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Placed my order 13 dec and there was nothing to say it wouldn't be here for Christmas. Messaged them yesterday and was i wont have it for Christmas as they are currently dispatching orders from the 8th and 9th Dec. So annoyed 😒

Placed an order over the weekend for a Christmas present, Spoke with Kirsty and she was extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble excellent service will be using this company again

First time ordering from them an I was thoroughly pleased all-round. Prompt service, support and delivery. Everything perfectly packed, labelled and delivered without an issue. Would definitely recommend them!

Despite COVID , the delivery was quick and was kept updated on email with tracking numbers ,
However the only reason why I would not give it 5 stars , is one of my items came and was expired 3 months ago
