Basically I think it was the man I dealt with. I felt like I could trust him and that is not always the case when I am buying something from someone. I felt like he had my best interest in mind as he addressed my investment questions and put together a great portfolio that gave me just what I wanted. He also made it easy and informative. I did find Eino and Staff very courtious and informative. For SOP, I would have liked a physical line item break down prior to sending money and actually purchasing anything. Maybe with a caveat stating that price is conditional to that day and time. Understandable so..

Buying Gold was new to me so I had to find someone that I could trust. They were not pushy like other salesmen and they always returned my calls. Everything was explained so that I could understand and verified. I felt I couldn't have made a better choice. The price seemed just right for what I purchased.
