Just received my glasses. Not what I ordered. I ordered polarized black glasses. THEY ARE NOT POLARIZED. I specifically ordered the polarized as i recently had cataract surgery and I was told by my eye doctor dark polarized glass are the best as my eyes have become very sensitive to light. Should have checked the reviews first. Would have never ordered seeing this company had a 1.9 rating. My bad.

I order motorcycle covers for my husband's bike. Long delays for delivery. Sizes are very small!!!! Attempted to return item. Sent back return to sender, which apparently is not correct address to return. However I had my return address on package, so you would think they would return it back to me.
I did not get a refund AND I am out $20 for return cost.
I will not purchase anything else from them, AND recommend others think twice before purchasing their product as well!!!

I am writing about their product called cool body armor set, first it is poorly finished with thread and strings hanging of it and second the pants have NO opening for the male parts in front, also i ordered XL and i cannot even get them on they are so small, i think this place is a total scam! Also their phone # is not in service as of 04/05/2026 for customer service.

These guys are crooks and thieves they had no problem taking my money but they don't deliver the item I ordered it have sent multiple emails that they just ignore this place is a SCAM don't waste your money

Item took a long time to arrive and is very cheaply made. I'm now spammed by emails from them. But far worse, I discovered they market products as "Nazi," as if this is a fashion term equivalent to something like "Vintage." E.g. "Nazi German Leather Motorcycle Helmet." I will never shop at this business again. They literally promote fascist ideology as a marketing device.

Don't buy anything from this company they're a rip off I just called the 1-800 number trying to get my refund for a tracking device and it just hung up on me I tried to contact him via email and they will still not contact me they only contact me a couple times to ask for the tracking number and that's it I did sent the package and they did receive it via tracking number so I know they have my money

I ordered a few items and decided to cancel within minutes. I reached out but have not heard back. My account was charged, but I never receieved the merchandise even.

I ordered an item and said it would be delivered within 7 days or so. Have tried to track status and nothing shows up with my order number. I have contacted them thru chat and email but only received I email response that said they would keep me updated on delivery. Still nothing. The websites phone number is no longer in service so I can't call to talk to someone. There is also no way to get a refund!

If I could give them no stars I would. My husband ordered 1 helmet from them and charged him for 2 different helmets! They are cowards! Not replying to multiple emails I've sent them to send back said 2 helmets. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!🤬

When my husband bought his new motorcycle I ordered him a guardian bell. It was expensive ($40) but the photo looked great so I bought it anyway. I received my order confirmation via email promptly. After almost 8 busineas days and no shipping information, I sent an email to customer service. After letting a couple days go by to give them time to respond and getting no reply I got on the company website to track my order. I got a message that my order number does not exist. I have sense sent all of this in another email with screenshots-no reply.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This place took my money, won't respond and is a total SCAM!!

Terrible product, overpriced. Plastic shoes at the price of leather. Emailed customer service with no reply. Awful, awful company! Buyer Beware.

I ordered two shirts and a vest in January 2025 and insured shipping to the Philippines. The order was not shipped as one order, but as two. After weeks and countless unanswered emails, I received a small refund of $120. Further emails were not responded to. This company should be avoided at all costs. They lie and pocket their customers' money. Absolutely criminal!
From PHP 7,113.79 I received a refund of only PHP 3,090.31!

Ordered a bag and unfortunately wasn’t going to work so needed to return. Followed policy to reach out. Have been reaching out for 3 weeks now with NO REPLY!!! Number is disconnected!!! This is unreal!!!!

I ordered a pair of leather pants in a size 6 and was sent a size 2. I emailed them within 6 hours of making the purchase to tell them not to send me the wrong size but they didn’t answer my email and sent the wrong size to me. I have tried to call them.and the fake phone number doesn’t work!!! Rings twice then hangs up! I would like a refund! Give me your return address !

Ordered a drop leg bag expecting decent quality and shipping time. As soon as order was placed I received a 4PX tracking number...so much for AMERICAN Legend Rider. Zippers were bad quality, not zipping closed the bag and the open/close button was fake. Ended up just having the face of the button and velcro and the other side. None of the videos showcasing the bags revealed any of these facts. Trash products from trash salespeople.

Almost been a month, no answer on my order. Called the 800 number and its disconnected....

Anonymous company with terrible customer service. Quality the items are very low. Impossible to reach someone if there is a problem. There are so many other options out there. Avoid at all costs There are so many other options out there. Avoid at all costs
