I spent a great amount of money on my Mustang and this place suck so bad on my last two orders. First the wrong springs, now they lost my header order, and costing me rack time at the shop with no answer when I am getting them. This is the last time. They lost my business, with our Mustang club!!!!

Your sales people were very helpful. The issue I have is after I ordered all the parts I need I get a magazine included in the order and everything I ordered off the webpage is cheaper than it is listed there. I understand that could happen on an item but, literally everything is less. That does bother me. I did get $300 off the clutch kit because I asked about a price match since another websight had it for the price I now see in your magazine. I am going to chat with someone in sales but, it would be nice to get a refund for the $34.00 difference in price. I like ordering from American Muscle as I have ordered several things the past few years but this makes me think I really need to question if it is the best price. (Update) Company was very easy to work with on the issue. They refunded the difference with no issues. Great Customer service.

Nathan was so helpful and was able to build me a cart full of mods for my mustang. I love the VIP rewards and the earnings. The only negative I have is that JLT doesn't earn rewards.

I did a full Coyote swap on my 1967f100. I had a shop delete the pats & emissions not needed for this build. I called American Muscle ( big mistake ). I was as told by their tuner person that since pat’s & emissions were deleted already it would be fine and shouldn’t get a codes from pat’s & emissions. So I purchased their SCT live wire tuner an other Big mistake. Now 2 years later I finish my build and get the truck running but codes keep popping up e-vap system failure. Their solution is for me to check code every time I pull over to gas up. They don’t want to do a return nor fix the issue.
My recommendation, don’t waste your money and go to a True professional that knows what they are doing and not to some company that just wants your money!

Jessee was a huge help. He worked with my mechanic to make sure the clearances were correct in the wheel wells. There was a question if I had enough room for the back tires and rims. Jessee was very knowledgeable and was willing to spend the time that I needed to get my order correct.

I can't comment on the items yet because I haven't received them. When I ordered the items a big flashing timer said would be here on Friday, seeing as how they are for a Birthday gift I ordered. Turns out they won't be here until the following week. The items may be perfect but beware if you think you're getting your items when they advertise that you will

I think I got what wanted

The product I ordered, MBRP Armor LITE Axle back Exhaust, arrived very quickly. Shipping updates were appreciated and it got delivered to my house right on schedule. My mechanic had no trouble installing with the easy to follow instructions. I will definitely order from American muscle.com again! Thank You!

Ease of finding the products and ordering.

This is the second order in a row that Fed Ex has failed to deliver my items on time. The first time they were two days past the due date. This time, my item was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, (I live in Illinois) and the item went from Kansas to Ohio. Now it won't arrive until Monday or later. Unless American Muscle changes carriers to someone more reliable and dependable, it's likely I'll take my business elsewhere.

Everything is straight forward and simple . ordered here before and had no problem with items, what more can you ask for..

My recent order indicated a three-day delivery timeframe at the point of purchase. However, the item was not shipped until after this initial period, resulting in an additional week and a half delay. Furthermore, while I receive numerous daily promotional emails, updates regarding my order status are infrequent. I wont be ordering from them again.
