Be smart and don't play on ACR.
My account is frozen with money and tickets for f.e. Venom of 3k inside although they confirmed through e-mail that I will be able to be keep playing when I'm physically in the States.
I travelled to the States to play from there.

This app is very shady, it freezes up whenever you start winning. The employees don't speak English. It's a total scam. Google said this company is legit, that's laughable.

Scam. Their stud games full of bots. Tournaments with ridiculous run of cards that put you on tilt to deposit more money. If you smaller stack 85% you out in all in. If you are smaller stack in cash stud game , you are out by ridiculous run of cards. Scam place. Why they still not n business?! They hire pro poker players to stand for them. Do everything in their power to make it impossible to verify your account and then charge $60 fee to withdraw your money. Disgusting.

You will never win in poker table games or slots. The poker tables are nothing but robots. I've been playing poker for 30 years later on PokerStars full Tim in a couple other ones back in the day in Ireland. This is nothing but a scam. Do not put money on this site please.

I was in a plo hand and when cards were shown me and another player both had a 6 of hearts in our hand I contacted ACR and ask how this could happen and they never responded I sent them the date and the other players name

They can improve if they stop cheating. The Casino is totally rigged 75% of the time for you to lose. Makes no difference what you get, they just happen to get a better hand. And now the hold em poker is flopping the same suit cards 50% of the time. This has been going on for a few months. I'm done there.

Rigged? Maybe. Bots and Collusion 100%..don't take my word for it, look around on other poker forums. It is common knowledge tens of millions are coming out of the ACR economy due to bots and collusion for YEARS and 100% I bet most is overlooked because it keeps the MTT GTD's up to not pay out overlays and the cash games going to keep generating the ever so important rake. Bots and Collusion rings are VERY easy to combat if you just stay on top of the problem, not hire some sub par washed up MTT grinder who has ZERO clue about cybersecurity as your big cheese for head of security...its not a good look. Online poker hasn't been the same since BlackFriday and if ACR is the best option for the majority of the U.S we are in for a very cold few more years before things change. For as amazing as the poker community is bringing bot rings and collusion rings and poor security measures to light its a shame a site can't step up in this market and develop a kickass product that actively wants to have a long lasting entity instead some sort of easy cash grab that gets away with shady practices because the U.S Online Poker market is messed up.

Not sure why a site still rigging its tables but this site is. I have decades of online experience and I have NEVER experienced beats like this. The beats go both ways so when you get it in bad you are still 50/50. Only play this site if you want to destroy your poker game and you love games of chance.

Never play on this site. You’ll have 60 70 or 80 percent equity on the turn and they will hit whatever one card they need to beat you on the river. Sure occasionally a bad beat oh well but it’s not like that by any means. I was a winning player on other sites. Moved to a new location and my other sites wouldn’t let me play anymore so I had to switch to ACR. I couldn’t recommend it less honestly.

This site is so rigged it's ridiculous. There's several who say, "oh u just see more hands online," which is true, but the runouts of the cards are rigged. It's impossible for it not to be. Anything online operates off a program. These are not real odds. Then others say, "But its a Random Number Generator, its impossible to rig." BS!! If its on a computer then its programmed, no matter what u create. I only play tournaments, but its more than obvious that it's rigged. If your win rate gets too high, u immediately go on a "run bad" streak. If u play against crazies early in a tournament who want to overshove every situation and u happen to triple or quadruple up early. Watch how your future hands ALWAYS run into something better, but only while registration is still open. If u get short stacked, watch how many times when u get a shoving hand, if the person to your immediate left can call, they will always have u in a 3:1 underdog situation or worse. It'll be your pair vs their over pair, or your AQ or AJ vs their AK. If it gets by them, and larger stack just calls u, 85% of the time the larger stack will magically hit their miracle to put u out. Which if wish to play again, u have to buy in again which the site takes more fees. This site is not trustworthy. I'm fully aware anything can happen in poker when it comes to percentages and chance, but this site is not real odds. The cards fall to help business and keep buy-ins coming. And if your win percentage gets too high for "business" you automatically run bad. Online poker is a racket.

After spending over $2000 I have quit Americas Card Room. Not once did I get into a money round on paid tournaments. On the free roll its a different story. I won 2 times with over 1500 players each time. also place in the top 50 a dozen times. When you put your money down they just take it. House players everywhere. It is my opinion that this site is corrupt to the core. They hire all these pro players to give them legitimacy. Hold on people one day a true and honest site will open (i Hope)

Attention SCAM SCAM SCAM
I played on the site last year in April and lost several hundred euros. Then I thought I'd try again - mistake!
I won 750 dollars and wanted to cash them out. But no withdrawal method was displayed. I then wrote to support - what happened? They stole my entire balance and say I have a negative balance. In April last year, payments were probably not debited and they transferred the amounts to my credit card. A pure lie!!! I then sent them my credit card statements - no reply since then.
Simply a scam site. I have now called in my lawyer and filed a lawsuit.
One star is still too many here!!!

I made an account and deposited $200 into my account. They asked to verify my account and 6 days later asking that I want to change the information put on the account, they close my account before I can do anything and continue to ignore my emails. Please stay away from this site. There are numerous horror stories of people losing their accounts with $10,000+ on their accounts and customer support does nothing to resolve the problems. They are quick to take your money but are tardy to resolve any issues.

I came back after a few years to try it out the site is still a scam. I don't bleieve there is any bots but house players al over the place. They sit you hu, or in cash games they never lose. Don't matter what you have their hands connect on every board. Even one tight raise 74o utg i reraised TT he jams I call flop comes a straight. They know the board textures already. Dont play on the site. Sites a complete scam. Its just like Global poker same thing certain players never lose on the site. Just don't play online poker. They are 100% scamming everyone. could be players have the rng hacked but imo its house players.

Second day kicked out of account during hand. Verification email wont come though, live chat says 404 error. Dont deposit here!

The casino here is for sure rrriiigggeeesd. Yep you're right another losing complaining biiiaatching story. Poker is ok, but do not play at their casino. I've never played somewhere that doesn't reward their players for thousands deposited... they do absolutely no rewards, no bonuses, and show ZERO love to its players. Just like the rest say stay tf away!

I have never seen so many 2 outers or runner runner with the worse hand when I am 95% ahead and all in. Could not knock out smaller stacks with best hand either while I saw other bigger stacks did. The worse beats came as money bubble approach or late in the money when I should be moving up in chips but instead got knocked out in 1-3 hands by worse hand. ACR can have my few thousands and shove them up they're ass. Your site is good but your poker program is rigged. You will never be legit in the US because you are a joke.
