Americatopdeal.com is a scam company and fruadulent
Americatopdeal.com is a scam and fraudulent company. They do not have a working phone number. They say they are out of New York, when actually they are an unknown place in Hong Kong. I ordered a Dyson Airwrap on Nov. 26, 2021 and have still not received my product as of Dec. 28, 2021. They charged my credit card and have sent me emails saying my item has shipped and they have logistical issues. FedEx confirmed there is not a package that has been picked up or sent by them. Only a shipping label was created online by this fraudulent company who took my money. FedEx also told me that the company is out of Hong Kong called Digi Trading Hong Kong Ltd with no address or phone numbers associated with it. I have asked them several times by email to cancel my order because it was never shipped. I also have a feeling this would be a counterfeit product if it ever did get shipped. Please do not order from this company. They are fraudulent. Save yourself the money, time and pain it takes to deal with them and to have to dispute with your credit card company.
