Not high quality at all...
I was really excited to receive my amerii bags. I ordered the regular round brown rattan bag and the white braids. As soon as it arrived in the mail, I noticed the quality wasn't high like I had expected. The white braid strands had lots of horizontal cuts on them which to me is defective and it might break. The brown bag when I ran my fingers through the bag was not smooth and it would get caught on my clothes. I wrote Amerii and attached photos. Instead of offering to send new bags, she suggested that I cut the strands that was poking out and then keep the white braids, it shouldn't break and if it did, to contact them.
