I had an account for a while just a…

I had an account for a while just a small pay online thing I set up, Never more than 50 usd in this account. I hade to verify with text to get in except every time I left to open code TD Ameritrade made me start over. 4 times later my account was closed! Identity theft they said HAHA so I sent ID, SS card and Mail with address and 2 separate selfies holding my ID. Mind you I had already been verified completely when account was open. The same day account was dinged by TD I made a 45 usd transfer from my other bank and they told me they could not stop it even thought it had not went through yet and THEY were closing my account! So I took all my money out of my other account. They were not holding my money until they were good and ready to give back to me they already were holding my money that was in there!!! Sure enough Even though my account was closed they still tried to get the transfer I initiated and then even after I asked them to stop it and would not THEY hit me with a 25 usd insufficent funds fee WTH!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK! They will not re open my account even after proving I was me and now I have to wait 60 days to get my little 25.00 back. Nice way to take care of your customers recovering from the pandemic TD! Guess my little 45.00 was needed by them more than by me.
