Didn't get a good vibe after booking my treatment. They basically ignored me and became incredibly unprofessional. Been waiting 3 weeks for my refund since I cancelled.

No!!!! Your company employed Ozlem if it’s through an agency facts !!! My issue is not with Ozlem it’s with the doctor that still works for your hospital and you passing the issue to someone else ! I showed him what I was looking for and he gave me nothing like he said !!! My nostrils are noticeably different so please don’t try and avoid this to cut costs your company use trainee doctors that will tell you anything to get the money as professionally company your hospital and doctor is responsible !! I will post screen shoots for of the pictures and conversations

Everything was great from the very beginning! Dr Gizem Kagitci is a professional who knows exactly what she does! She explained every stage of the operation very carefully and was very supportive from the very beginning! Every single person including Bahtiyar bey were very attentive and kind! Operation went well and the results are amazing! Still long road to go) waiting for hair to fully grow but for now the results are fire!!

Just got my hair transplant, I recommend the clinic 100%. They were there for everything I needed and always take care of me . They use the latest technique (DHI) for the best results and density of hair. The doctors , nurses and stuff are very friendly and experienced. Can’t thank them enough. If you search for a place to take your hair back , definitely this is it.

I have just finished getting a 5000 hair transplant and am excited for the upcoming year when i get to see the final results. Mr. Bahtiyar was extremely polite, informative, and approachable. Any questions pre/during/or post surgery is answered via whatsapp. The surgery was relatively painless, they ask while injecting the anesthetic if you still have any feeling of pain and can use more if neccesary. Personally i dont like using a lot of medication so i kept my injections on the low side and as a result felt a little bit of pinching. I am happy with how it turned out and will update a year from now after my hair has fully healed and grown back.
