Great service, easily the best value, expert servicing and advice.

All my life I've had an inherent dislike of garages, because I've always been able to do my own work. As life goes on this becomes more difficult, so thankfully I found AMF. Every time Alex works on my CL55, it comes back better than it was. You are the only one I trust and I cannot thank you enough. The only improvement you could make, would be to change your surname, to begin with a "G", then you'd be AMG Automotive.

I recently had discs and brakes done at amf automotive in paddock wood and was very pleased with the service and quality of work I would not trust an ordinary garage to work on my lwb 350 s class and must say that matt the mechanic is very knowledgeable and helpful if I ask questions.
Would recommend to all Mercedes Benz owners.

Brilliant service from Alex and the team for a routine service on my A Class. Really professional and friendly, work was done to the highest standard and was incredible value.

Courtesy car was provided, work was completed really quickly with no waiting around and was totally hassle-free. Will definitely be using again, well worth the trip from London!

Alex is excellent when it comes to motors and great prices too. Always willing to provide advice, nothing is too much trouble.

Had another minor service and MOT again this time. Customer service is always top of the pile at AMF and I'm very happy.

10/10 for AMF Automotive Alex did a service on my A class today all I can say very professional great quality great value . if you don’t want to use Main dealers (and why would you) when Alex offers main dealer quality but NOT main dealer prices THANKS ALEX Was lovely meeting you today great job done

I used Alex and AMF for the first time this week to service my E350 and will use them from now on and can highly recommend them. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable on Mercedes and no "up-selling" of anything that doesn't need doing.

Where do I ever start with my total amount of admiration for both Alxe and Kerry, they just make everything seem so seemless, i just got my car MOT and it was so seemless, take my car down to pick up the courtesy car no hassle what so ever, there no waiting around, there so mindful that you too have other things in your day, cannot tell you that this really is over and beyond customer service, excellent is what i shout out and I know that Alex is now my super hero and would recommend him to anyone from the roof top, thank you guys, I know having faith when your car needs attention is always with AMF Autos and the team.

Alex spent nearly 15 mins discussing my SL first, the work was completed honestly and consciencesly and at a very reasonable price.

Had my C63 Service A and a few add ons done here , was very happy with the car and the work they done everything they could and even gave me a loan car for the day and made it feel like 5* service , they are also very educated on what they do especially my AMG , I would highly recommend AMF , would definitely return for further work to the car

Alex replaced 2 rear tyres next day and advised me about suspension and wheel alignment and that both wheels were not true - the result of Kent roads. Really informative and knowledgeable about all things Mercedes and will continue to use him for all service work. He's happy to spend the time discussing other issues, is completely open about what he is doing and will advise on what he thinks is sensible and practical work to maintain your vehicle. Has advised me about gearbox service where MB were very reluctant.

Great company will use AMF again as they love working on the older car and have a lot of experiance.

AMF were very professional in dealing with my 1986 Mercedes 300SL (R107) and Alex was extremely helpful in sourcing the parts and resolving all issues. I will revisit AMF for general servicing work in the near future.

I had my A class booked into my local dealership for a diagnostic at a price which would have required me to sell a kidney when other owners on a Mercedes forum unanimously recommended Alex at AMF to me. I’m so glad I took the car to him instead. A very reasonably priced diagnostic, a swift resolution over the busy New Year period, again reasonably priced, and I was back on the road in no time.

Most other garages either talk to my husband only (who knows precisely nothing about cars and doesn’t drive) or give me half explanations because I couldn’t possibly understand, what with me being a woman and all that. Not once did Alex make me feel stupid or patronise me whilst making sure that I understood what was needed and why it was needed. Fantastic service and I’ll definitely take my car back there again.

I own an AMG Mercedes and like many other owners out there are aware they can be costly if not properly maintained. Therefore it’s best to have the car serviced and repaired by someone who knows exactly what they are doing.
After months of trawling through Mercedes forums I found AMF highly recommended.
Alex is incredibly knowledgable and was able to tell me what the few minor issues I had with the car were prior to my visit.
He is passionate about his cars and owns several AMG’s himself and so I was encouraged when handing over the keys to mine.
A fantastic job was done at an incredibly reasonable price and was able to advise me on future issues and how and when they required replacement.
My wife’s SLK was also serviced as well and it has never felt better to drive.

If you own a Mercedes, this is the place for you as testified by many a Mercedes enthusiast and now myself.

Alex repaired a problem saving me alot of money after being advised to have a replacement elsewhere. Really genuine, highly knowledgable merc specialist
