A Terrible Experience/ DON'T BUY FROM AMGPRO
I am extremely disappointed with the service I ordered a pair of shoes on November 30th, which was clearly listed as available on their website. My payment was immediately accepted, and the order was confirmed.
Now, days later, they inform me that the item is out of stock and that they will issue a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted their platform and missed out on several other promotions and deals because I believed my order was secured.
To make matters worse, I urgently needed these shoes for my training sessions, and now I am left without them and no alternatives. The situation is made even worse by their nonexistent customer service. I reached out to them to resolve the issue, but I never got any response. It’s as if they don’t care at all about their customers.
This has caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer support is shocking. If you value your time and money, shop elsewhere.

I do not accept your apologies because they are neither sincere nor meaningful. Words alone do not resolve issues, and your repeated failure to address my concerns proves that customer satisfaction is not truly your priority.
You acknowledged the inconvenience and frustration I experienced but have done absolutely nothing to resolve the matter. I need action, not empty promises. The solution is simple: fulfill my order as confirmed, or at least provide an equivalent alternative.
Until you take concrete steps to resolve this issue, your apologies mean nothing to me. I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further if necessary. I urge potential customers to think twice before trusting AMG Pro.
