Let the buyer beware !
Major scam after ordering - they automatically subscribe you and when I contacted them to say I didn’t subscribe, they said they will cancel. Then didn’t send the products and kept saying I needed to give a VAT number to them claiming it’s tax in my country. Unfortunately this is inaccurate as tax is collect (if any) by the postal service so they are again scamming. To date - nothing received.

I researched this for like three weeks before buying because that's just how I am. Read every review, looked up all the ingredients, compared to other products. Ember had the best formulation from what I could tell and the reviews seemed legit (not all five stars which actually made me trust it more). I've been taking it for about two months and my research paid off. Definitely noticing a difference in desire and arousal. The maca and ashwagandha combo seems to be key from what I've read. Anyway just wanted to add my data point to the pile.

I have been trying to call to cancel my automatic shipment. The phone number listed doesn’t work and the dispensing pharmacy gave the same exact number. I will now go ahead and dispute the charge and win! Thanks for making me not trust any online purchase through FB.

Look I'm not gonna write a novel. I'm 48, libido was dead, tried Ember, it works. Takes about 3 weeks to kick in. I take two capsules with breakfast every day. Between the IUD, the stress, and turning 40, my hormones were a disaster. Zero libido, like truly zero. I didn't even think about sex ever. Full disclosure I thought this was going to be snake oil. I've tried SO many supplements for this and nothing ever worked. Maca, fenugreek, those sketchy libido pills from Amazon, all garbage. My friend kept bugging me about Ember so I finally caved and ordered a bottle in March. Took about 3 weeks to notice anything and I was ready to write it off but then... yeah. Something shifted. I'm not like a teenager again but I actually think about sex now which sounds sad but it's a big deal for me. On my third bottle. My friend was right and I hate admitting that lol.

I CANCELED AN ORDER , SAME DAY ORDER BY MISTAKE THE PHONE # FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS IN HOLD FOR 40 MIN NOBODY ANSWER . THEY KEEP SAYING YOU ARE THE FIRST ONE ON LINE , UNTIL THE HANG UP . 3 TIMES A TRY 3 TIMES NO ANSWER

Do not even attempt to make a purchase. My account was charged five separate times without a single confirmation of a purchase. I am waiting on over $250 worth of refunds & was ghosted on December 23rd, 2023. I have contacted the BBB in hopes of a resolution. All I wanted was to try & get my spark back & now I am out money & incredibly frustrated.

Horrible customer service service. They received my product back unopened and I can’t get anyone to respond to my inquiries about my refund

I’ve tried so many things for my PCOS, but Boost is the only thing that’s made a noticeable difference. My symptoms are more manageable and I feel so much better.

I went on this site on October 24, 2024 and placed 2 items in my cart, while still shopping the money for these items was charged to my debit card. I immediately cancelled the items and requested a refund via Email. I was Emailed back the following day stating the transaction was cancelled and would receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days. It is now November 8, 2024 and still have not received refund. I have sent several emails requesting status of my refund and finally received a response on November 7th stating that my refund was issued on October 24, 2024. I spoke with my bank and went over all transactions to make sure I didn’t miss anything and my bank confirmed that the refunds were never issued. I have Sent another Email and have not received a response. Very shady business, I would Not recommended purchasing from this business.
