The best platform for booking Hotels
I’ve used other platforms booking hotels through Booking.com and Hotel.com but the services from Amimir is completely different and best. First time I used the service last year I wasn’t happy with the hotel room and their services so I launched a complaint with Amimir and they immediately sorted it outfit me and the hotel changed my room and services were far better since then so therefore I’d recommend Amimir to everyone

Would recommend
I couldn't find a family room for the hotel I wanted anywhere else except on amimir.com. Since I had never heard of them before I was a bit skeptical, but everything turned out amazing. I also really like how you only need a 10 euro prepayment. Would recommend!

Excellent service and pricing
Been using Amirmir for the past 4 months for hotel bookings and extremely satisfied with their pricing and customer service. I am a frequent traveller and have used most of the major platforms but have never come across such incredible customer service. Hope this continues

Cancelled the day before arrival -- Amimir cancelled our booking the day before we were scheduled to arrive. As this is so last minute prices have increased significantly. Avoid this comparison site and just book directly.

We would like to tell you that, in case a booking has to be cancelled at the last minute, either due to occupancy or other reasons, at Amimir.com, we always look for an alternative so that our customers can enjoy their stay as they had planned. We would like you to contact us so that we can review the case carefully. Furthermore, we remain at your disposal for whatever you need.
My booking was cancelled and I (almost) lost all my money (more than 140euros)
One day after the end of the free cancellation period, I emailed Amimir to ask if I could cancel my reservation of over 140euros at a hotel FOR FREE because I was ill. I understand that they didn't have to accept my request, but I was just asking as they could cancel for free or even move to another date. Amimir canceled my reservation and kept all my money. In the conversation with Amimir I always made it clear that I was asking if I could cancel for FREE (never to lose all the money, of course). I explained that they had made a mistake and they were inflexible.
Conclusion: I was left without a reservation and without any money (over 140 euros). Authentic SCAM. Run away from this company!
EDIT: Amimir has now rescheduled the stay for the same day. This is the least they could do. I still feel cheated, with a day ruined by a company that provides poor service. Not recommended.

You tell us that you requested the change of dates when the reservation already had cancellation fees. Remember that these conditions are established by our supplier, and we are subject to them. However, since you are sick, according to our protocol, we ask you to cancel the reservation with the corresponding costs in order to free up the place. In this way, the supplier is more flexible when we ask them to change dates. Thus, in addition, in the event that cancellation costs increase (as established in the policies) we prevent you from having to pay more money in the worst case scenario.
Finally, as you tell us in your comment update, we have reactivated the reservation, so we are happy for you, and we are sorry that you are still not satisfied. Right now we do not have enough data to find your reservation and know all the details, if you want you can contact us so we can review what you need.
At Amimir.com we have done everything in our power to help you and find the best solution for you. We remain at your disposal.

As a content creator, I am very interested in experimenting; This time, I chose to search for the two cheapest hostels in Madrid, with and without breakfast, because price is an important factor for a large segment of people. After comparing with other websites, I found that amimir provides excellent service within Spain, but I noticed that the site does not offer night options or places that allow registration after midnight, which made me resort to another booking site.

Great location close to all transportation
We arrived late with our flight, the staff greeted us and it was easy to book in , porter took our bags and showed us to our beautiful room . Beautiful hotel the breakfast was brilliant plenty of choice for all tastes. The evening meal in the restaurant was also served with friendly staff. I would definitely return
