I have contacted Amirah London several…

I have contacted Amirah London several times by email and through other channels, but unfortunately I have not received any response.
I returned goods worth over €200, yet I have received neither a refund nor any reply.
Please address this matter urgently.

Would not recommend

I would not purchase from this business again.

I contacted them within the stated return window to initiate a return and received only automated responses. I followed up multiple times via email, their website contact form, and Instagram, but was ignored for days and only received a response after commenting publicly.

The item I purchased was shown at a reduced price but was not clearly labelled as “sale” or “final sale” at the time of purchase. I later discovered a clause buried under the exceptions section of the returns policy stating that sale items are non-refundable.

The company asked me to return the item at my own cost but did not confirm whether a refund would be issued, stating that sale items do not comply with their returns policy and that a refund could be refused after inspection. This puts the customer at risk of losing both the item and the money.

The lack of transparency and very poor communication made this a frustrating experience. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this business altogether, particularly for reduced-price items, as important return exclusions are not clearly highlighted and customer support is extremely poor.

They scammed me

I ordered the 2 layer wool chiffon khimar, it looked beautiful in the website, at around £29. I wish I could attach the photo from the website and what I actually received. It came looking nothing alike. The material was completely different and very low quality, it wasn’t 2 layered and not even wool chiffon, barely even chiffon on its own. It was half the length than pictured. On top of that, they say I have to pay to return the item and it’s not even guaranteed to get a refund in case it comes back in bad shape, which I already received it in. Such a shame that companies are bold enough to take advantage of fellow muslim sisters and scam them out of our money whilst we are here thinking we are supporting honest small businesses. Truly disappointing

They sent the wrong dress to me and…

They sent the wrong dress to me and when i told them, they said they cannot refund as it’s been worn. Which is fine but, she initially said she’ll send the correct abaya. I agreed and have been waiting for over 2 months. Iv messaged countlessly and they’ve ignored every single message. I will also be disputing with the bank. I should have read the reviews on this company before purchasing. My fault!

I placed an order with them three weeks ago and received the wrong size. I’ve reached out multiple times about the return process but haven’t received a response. I also tried contacting them through their social media, but still haven't heard back.

Purchase from these guys multiple…

Purchase from these guys multiple times. The one time I received the wrong item I contacted for a refund. They do not respond back and send misinformation to the bank when opening a dispute. The only time they will probably get back to you if you try bring it up in their social media comments.

This is the first time I made a…

This is the first time I made a purchase through this company I had placed order for three Abayas two are the exact same but just different colors and that was a size 56. The third Abaya I ordered in 58. I wasn’t sure how the sizing would work when I receive my order I tried on 56 which fit perfectly it was the size 56 then I tried on the 58 and that was huge. Then I tried on the third one that was a 56 and it was way bigger like the 58. I emailed the company explained that something was not correct with the size 56 and the brown abaya. I was then told that not every 56 measures like a 56 and that it was not considered defective. This was almost bigger than the 58. We emailed back-and-forth trying to find a resolution. They told me I can mail everything back at my cost. Well my cost was over $100 because I’m in the United States and they are overseas. I was an offered 10% off to have it altered, which was five dollars but to alter this item is going to cost more than 40. Honestly just disappointed in the whole process. If you buy a 56 it should measure as a 56. You don’t just buy some thing and hope it’s your size makes absolutely no sense.

Great company!

I had the best experience with this company Ma sha Allah! Abayas are beautiful and good quality, very comfortable. Never had an issue neither with a customer service nor with the items I ordered. Overall great company and I will definitely shop there again In sha Allah.

Not even going to exaggerate this…

Tbh I’m not even going to exaggerate this. I had ordered the abayas on June 10th, shipping was June 15th. I emailed them on June 21st regarding my abayas asking where my abayas are bc I haven’t received them yet. They replied saying shipping takes 12-15 days so your abayas should arrive on or before July 6th. I waited till July 7th and I never received my abayas. Mind you I spent $424 on these abayas. I dmed them on their business Instagram account and they replied a couple times making some dumb excuses. When I told them USPS had emailed me saying my address was insufficient and they sent the abayas back to the sender/merchant, (My address was correct. I triple checked) and then I asked them saying if it’s possible can you send the abayas back and if not can you give me a refund. They left me on seen multiple times and never gave me my refund. I eventually had to call my bank and initiate a transaction dispute. Then Amirahldn finally decided to message me saying they would send back the abayas and what not. I said no and would like my refund because it was getting ridiculous at this point. Do not recommend this clothing store tbh which is why I’m giving it a 1 star review.

Scammers

Scammers. HORRIBLE quality, found the same products in Ali express for less. They are horrible and doesn’t respond to messages regarding refund!! I paid expensive international shipping for my friend and she received it very late and the abaya looked nothing like what is shown on website. Not buying from amirahlondon again!!!

FRAUD!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

It’s not even possible to give this company 1 star, it should be minus a thousands!!
I bought 3 items and only received 2, the quality is so bad and cheap! I wrote several emails to them with no response. I wrote several messages to their instagram account, still no answer! I started commenting on their instagram pictures and videoed, and several others did the same about them not getting the correct items, not got their packages, couldn’t create a return and many more. BUT suddenly all our comments disappeared and we still haven’t heard a thing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD!!!
I’ve also contacted my bank and the police.
