Customer service is poor! After they custom made baskets for us, .made them poorly,..then did not want to warantee the product. Shame on Amish Baskets!

I received my 3 pie hold as a gift
I received my 3 pie hold as a gift. It is very functional and very beautiful. As I did not know if it required any kind of maintenance, I called them. They responded quickly and explained that it should require no maintenance but if the wood got dry to apply some lemon oil. FANTASTIC!

Outstanding online business!!
This business is awesome!. The workmanship of their product is beyond what I expected. Very sturdy and very well made. They take care of the customer and that impresses me!. I mistakenly ordered two of one item and they realized it before I did and gave a refund immediately to my account. Customer service is what Amishbaskets.com does!! I would recommend them to anyone.
