So disappointed. Bathtub ruined.
I wish I could find something positive. Classic case of an influencer growing this company to the point where the company cannot handle customer service and quality. The first order was wrong, so I gave them another chance and ordered again That order was lost, never recovered never refunded. The ingredient list is deceptive. If you need to email customer service forget it.
But most importantly, the colors of the soap will bleed, I have a brand new bathtub with an indentation for a bar of soap, and it is now permanently stained blue and purple. I have no idea if the ingredient list is accurate. Having made soap myself it doesn’t have the consistency to back up its claims. I’m sorry, they do have a Facebook and an Instagram page, but they only accept glowing reviews.
I finally received my order and needless to say I’m disappointed. The soap has foreign objects in it as well as the face cream. It’s too bad because I think the original formula was probably pretty good.
