Well, I was 3 times invited to be preapproved, went through the whole process just to get told that at this time I could not be approved. I got real assets of 750k free and clear value, 60k secured income vs less history, and a certain number of check-ins to the credit report, with a 683 score. I was asking for a 40k loan. I am not a lender, but no history in credit means having mastered life pretty good and give now the chance to charge interest. Like, I would master the amortization less good?
