So dishonest. Trying to put me off returning product by stating I'd be paying international postage. Amora London! Duh!! Must think we are idiots. Then offering 10% back. I am going straight to my ban... See more

Complete FRAUD

They post fake photos of Jenni Kayne and Khaite sweaters -- the sweaters you receive are so poorly made. One sleeve longer than the other, raw edges, etc. My husband actually laughed when I put the sweater on at how improperly the proportions were on each side. Then when you complain/ask to return, they tell you it will cost almost as much as the sweaters themselves to return them to some overseas address, with the likely outcome that the customer will just eat the cost and throw the sweaters away.

If I could give this 0 stars i would

If I could give this 0 stars i would. It’s an absolute SCAM! bought a 2 piece for £45 and it took forever to come. It’s clearly been dropshipped - the quality was awful and it came in a ziplock bag with no order receipt or documents on how to refund ? Went to their site to find their refund policy and they’d taken down the website! Been emailing them and they’re discouraging me from refund as they’ll ’be at a loss’ and that it would cost me loads to deliver it to their UK address (I live in the UK). They offered me a 20% refund, then 40%. They then sent me their New York address to send it back to so am still trying to find a UK address or attempt to get 60% back. I so wish I’d seen these reviews rather than the reviews on their site which are clearly all bots. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

If I could.. don’t buy!!

If I could, I will give less than 1.
Cut of the cardigan was really wrong. It may look like the picture but that is the end. Sleeves and shape of the cardigan is why I ordered but I can’t even wear because cut of the cardigan is terrible . It supposed to have shaped look, liked tailored but it has weird bulging look. It had to be altered if I want to use it.
Quality … it has really strong chemical odor. Smell is so strong I don’t think I even want to launder it with other clothes.
Their add says it was ophra’s pick but I doubt it.

My comment.. don’t buy!!

Horrible clothing and can't return

Same as many others here and the product is sold on many sites, but all go back to amora. Wanted to return, they first started with we will give you 20% off to keep, then 40% off then they maxed at 50%. The sweaters are horrible quality and don't fit like the pictures and the pants are several inches too short. No care instructions on them either. They did give me the return address and it was going to be $90 to return, so I ended up keeping and donating to our local Good Will

If I could give ZERO stars I would

If I could give ZERO stars I would - SCAM.

I wish I had googled this first. Quality is awful, nothing like the photos, and impossible to return. They keep just saying their warehouse is in the UK (won't provide the address) and the cost to return - I paid $200 stupidly for multiple sweaters - is more than what I paid. SCAM BEWARD

I was a little worried after ordering…

I was a little worried after ordering my dress...the reviews are terrible. But i had already ordered. It arrived today to my suprise. Looks like the picture, material is not great quality and a little 'snug'. But I will wear it.
Would I order again? I doubt it after reading the reviews. Shame though great colours.

They don't even deserve on star

They don't even deserve one star. I ordered two sweaters-which were too small and of very poor quality and I paid $119 for both. They gave me a run around offering to refund 20% of my purchase and after two weeks of emails finally gave me an address in this country to send them to. which I provided the tracking number at my expense and it has been over a week and a half that they have ghosted me. No answer

BEWARE OF Amora Ultra Soft Cardigan

Amora Ultra Soft Cardigan:
Unethical company!! Beware!
The cardigan is nothing like the images used to market it and it is impossible to return the merchandise or receive a refund.
I wish I could do something to prevent Amora Clothing from taking advantage of other people!

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Poor quality!! Tried to return and was told I had to return to the UK even though the address om the package said CA! There needs to be an avenue to report this company for defrauding the public! I Finally agreed to a partial refund rather than pay customs to return the items. STILL WAITING for the partial refund!

I too wish I had done my due diligence…

I too wish I had done my due diligence before purchasing. The sweaters have no tags. The material is not as described. Course and cheap! i feel the returns are a scam too. I received my package on April 10 and signaled my return on May 10 due to emergency surgery and they claimed it missed the 30-day window! Run and save your money and frustration!

The merchandise is the worst. And they make returning it impossible.
I don't know why this business hasn't been closed down. It is a scam. For sure.

Total scam

Total scam, do not buy !!! If you think the deals on this website are too good to be true that’s because they are !!! The items advertised here are actually from a different brand, which is a lot more expensive. They have copied their photos and used AI to make small tweaks but it’s still obvious that they have copied these images. The bottom line is that you will not receive the items you expect, they look nothing like on the photos and returning them is even more of a nightmare. I finally received my refund after 3 months of arguing

Do not trust this company! Scammers

Do not trust this company! Scammers. The goods they send are nothing like as advertised. Once you advise you want to return the goods they claim they are in the US, do not pay for returns therefore it’ll be too expensive for you to post the goods back. After a lot of back and forth I found out they have two places in the UK 1) Unit D82 Pt 2, The Old Bath House, Thorncliffe Business Park, Sheffield, S35 2PH,UK and 2) Units 49 & 51,crane Boulevard,Ipswich 1P3 9SQ. I returned the goods ( track and trace) which they received and I still have t got my money back! I am reporting them.

Doesn't honor return policy

They sent the clothing but it arrived damaged. I sent photos of the damage (holes, pulls in yarn, unfinished ends) for a refund and a shipping label. They told me the damage did not meet their 'damaged criteria'. They have not indicated what criteria that is. It is clear they do not care about their product or their customer. I would avoid this company.
