Sent the wrong item valued at lower cost than paid, a gift for my mother for christmas totally ruined by their incompetence, condesending corespondance and refuse refund!!! AVOID THIS SCAM

I bought this and received it fairly quickly.
But the quality is so bad! It is chinese garbage, maybe worth $5...
I do not recommend buying!
I don't understand all the positive reviews. It is too expensive for such bad quality.
EDIT: My necklace also had some damage on the stone. They offered to replace it, they answerred my email within 12h. They did ask me to take down this review. Will update if I receive a new item.
